The project management style was waterfall and communication tools used were Basecamp and general emails.

I was mostly impressed that they recorded several video instructions for us on how to use the CMS system that they have implemented for us. It was much easier to understand it watching it through a video than reading manuals.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Perhaps just a little bit more on explaining some of the necessary pre requisites for this project. Some of the terms could easily be misunderstood by people not familiar with this field.

After the launching of the website and process of marketing our website traffic increased as per our goal and also we have seen more improvements in our sales. the most important thing for us is to ease for customers to pay easily from the payment gateway and they also loved our website designs.
