The new CRM helped us manage leads much better and reduced a lot of manual work. The AI calling feature improved our lead follow-up process and made sure no important leads were missed. Our team can now track sales, customer interactions, and reports from one place, which has increased productivity and made daily operations more organized.After implementing the CRM, our team is able to manage around 2x more leads without increasing staff. Manual follow-up work has reduced by nearly 60% because of the AI calling and automation features. We also save around 3–4 hours per day across the sales team, and response time to new leads has improved significantly. Overall, the CRM has made our sales process much faster and more organized.We noticed an improvement in sales conversion rates after using the new CRM. Our lead response time became much faster, follow-ups were more consistent because of the AI calling feature, and our overall sales conversion improved by around 20–25%.
