Ryan clearly outlined the deliverables in our project in our contract and when we met online. He was helpful in defining what tasks we need to accomplish to meet our objectives. He divided the project into phases.  He also divided the payments into three phases after the completion of the work.

Our new shopify store is exactly what we were looking for!  Komal and her team provided mockup design pages so we could view what the store would look like.  Then in the development phase they would demo changes weekly, make any changes we desired, and provided our team with video tutorials so we could update our portion of the work as needed.

Komal was our project manager and she was in frequent contact with us and would schedule weekly meetings to review the progress.  She and her team would implement any feedback or changes we needed extremely fast and they were great to work with.  Even when our requests required custom code, they would reassure us they could get it done.  Komal's team delivered WAY before our deadline and we would happily hire them again!

The progress was very complex, but it was a success largely due to a team that was communicative, responsive, and very detail oriented. We were able to switch a legacy magenta site to a working Shopify site which greatly enhance the usability

Komol is a terrific project manager. She was very good at communicating our needs to the programmers and never once was she anything less than professional and courteous. Although we have never met due to the geographical divide, we feel that she has provided services that have made their company integral to our success. Well every project has its challenges in our project had ups and downs, and didn't accomplish every goal, I really don't think there's much that could've been done differently.
