The progress was very complex, but it was a success largely due to a team that was communicative, responsive, and very detail oriented. We were able to switch a legacy magenta site to a working Shopify site which greatly enhance the usability

I cannot speak highly enough about the team. We enjoyed working with them, they came through on what they promised within budget and, honestly, we're extremely pleasant and fun to communicate with. It was a very large project with many complexities, but never once did they shy away from a challenge And when things didn't go as planned, they found a solution. Komol is a terrific project manager. She was very good at communicating our needs to the programmers and never once was she anything less than professional and courteous. Although we have never met due to the geographical divide, we feel that she has provided services that have made their company integral to our success. All of the ancillary programmers were great too. 
as I have said in my comments, large projects have large complexity, and this company is both highly reputable, highly professional, a good value for the money in the type of company that makes it a pleasure to do business with. In the online programming world, this is a rarity.

Are there any areas for improvement or something EbizON could have done differently?

Well every project has its challenges in our project had ups and downs, and didn't accomplish every goal, I really don't think there's much that could've been done differently. Large projects have large complexities and, again, Kokol never walker away from a challenge and when answers weren't readily available, she engaged her team to help. Bottom line, they are a great company and she's a great project manager

Emphasis on identifying problems caused by a common issue and fixing them through a script rather than manually on individual pages.  At times EbizON demonstrated expertise in this area, successfully addressing multiple similar problems in one step; however, we feel an initial focus on identifying new issues as fitting this mold would have saved time in the long run.

Purley from a constructive point of view, and grasping at straws, one area that could be slightly imporved, is a more in depth dive of the previous website on their end to ensure all aspects of the previous website will/can be transfered over, and if not, can be comminicated which ones, and how to make it possible.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I interviewed multiple companies through initial consults, providing all data for scoping the project, reviewing proposals and partaking in presented contracts. Ebizon was not the most expensive, but they were not the least expensive. They stated they were shopify experts and could migrate my site and all of its data, choose the best plugins to accommodate my data and business needs. Their presentations were professional and in depth and they offered clear solutions for my needs.

On Jan 13 I provided all details of my website needs including all my order totals, data details, order and customer counts and current platforms and plugins. We reviewed my business needs and my reason for migrating.

On Jan 17 Ebizon aka Cartunited set up a call and sent me a proposal and scope including confirming as shopify experts, Shopify and the identified apps would accommodate my needs. We went through each section, app, plugin, each separate cost for those apps and plugins, my data, and the project timeline of 4-6 weeks.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Scot, was my original contact. He left the company shortly after I signed a contract. Sanjana was my only project contact for the migration which failed. Ryan was my new point of contact whom cancelled and failed to shop up at multiple meetings Saubarh was a manager who stepped in after they realized they made a mistake in scoping the project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The entire project was not delivered due to their errors of not completely scoping the project. In the end, the solutions they provided could not accommodate my data.

Extremely frustrating project management. The original rep left the company without any notice. I was not informed until I reached out for an update. The next PM failed to show up to 3 of 4 meetings. The first time he rescheduled a few minutes beforehand, the second time he didn't show up at all, the third time he rescheduled and said he felt ill.

The original project was 4-6 weeks. I found out at 4 weeks that they failed to properly scope my project and they asked for an additional $2800 to create a custom app to resolve their errors. When I declined, they stated I would need to pay another company $800 a month to accommodate my digital needs. I also declined.

How did your relationship with the vendor evolve?

For over a month I tried to resolve the matter through meetings, exploring other alternatives which they told me to ask other companies for quotes for solutions, it was a nightmare. I tried, I was patient, but in the end they wanted $2800 on top of the $4400 I agreed to because their original rep made a mistake in reviewing all the details I provided originally, that included all my data details which exceeded the limits of the app they selected to accommodate my digital download needs.

In the end, they offered a refund during a recorded meeting, I accepted. They then retracted 3 days later and stated they want to keep the initial deposit of more than $1800USD. I had to open a dispute with Paypal.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Initially, I thought it was their due diligence, but ultimately, the most impressive thing is how they lied. They lied about being able to deliver the migration. They offered a refund and then lied and said they wouldn't give me one. Thankfully I recorded all conversations.

2. Client Dashboard with the ability to remotely manage & interact with their Interns - Group Chat, Milestone Tracker, Announcements, etc.

Our Website uses a NodeJS backend with Angular Frontend. The Mobile App development has been done via Android Studio and most recently via Flutter.

We have always worked with 1 Full Stack Developer and 1 Mobile App Developer in our team. Occasionally, depending on requirements we have had temporary additions to the team in the form of junior Web Developers and Frontend Developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the launch of our LMS system (part of the SaaS based Internships Platform), the TAT of our Project Managers in providing qualified candidates to clients was reduced by 76%. This also reduced the team's manual efforts and hence enabled them to handle more projects at the same time.

We also received positive feedback from our clients in terms of candidate quality.

They created a user-friendly , fast, and responsive app whose purpose was to automate the Onboarding process for Loan Origination system. It offers various services like document uploads, approvals, Status tracking, incentives etc. With the help of this app, we are able to acquire more than 400 customers from the initial MVP within a month.

A user-friendly mobile app was created by Ebizon keeping digital illiteracy in India at the back of the mind.

All of us at Mintifi are impressed by the quality of the Ebizon team for developing a great application. The team displayed a keen understanding of our requirements and always came to the table with insightful ideas. Their approach was always on introducing better user experience & ensuring quality of the product.

This has led to the development of a superior Application.

They followed Agile methodology to manage the project by breaking it up into several phases. By keeping me and my team in the loop and making changes according to our feedback, they delivered value to us and ensure that the final app was truly according to our requirements. Quality is ensured throughout the implementation phase of the project and all stakeholders are involved in the process.

They used Basecamp, Jira, and Microsoft team to incorporate the feedback and discuss various sprints.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found their fast, responsive, agile, and Customer-centric team to be the most impressive quality. They were highly skilled professionals who did not compromise on anything. They found solutions out of the box. It has been a great experience.
