The team of 3 developers was amazing, they adapted to any circumstance of more or less guidance, and always delivered on time and within reasonable boundaries. Kiryl, Andrei and Yaraslau were always great at responding to our needs and asked for clarification or pushed back when necessary - for example, when there were perceived flaws in the planning.

The project consisted of maintaining and improving our existing code base. Since this is an ongoing project, the key deliverables would be stability in our overall system and web properties, along with creating new features and functionality in a timely fashion, while self testing everything.

Measurable outcomes were overall performance and stability of our system. Timely releases and overall low number of bugs createad.

It was their deep bench of talent that sold us. In many cases, they will have CVs for you within a day based on your needs. We've often had contractors starting within 2 weeks of a request from CV to interview to starting work.

They tend to assign position titles based on tenure rather than ability. Senior Software Engineers are at times not senior in knowledge.

The programmers are a fantastic addition to the group. They were promptly integrated and brought up to speed. When we had a developer that wasn't a good fit, they swiftly offered a replacement.

Our iTechArt team is fantastic. the system is been built to order, and works smoothly. we are now in the last UI/UX phase for the current product after successfully completing alpha and early beta and implementing what we learned.

we are one team. smooth, no hiccups, even when my entire team work from home for months now, in multiple time zones.
