I have seen over 30% increase in sales since the site updates. I have received feedback its easier to shop and I have noticed customers buying items that were previously hard to find on the site. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and I know I can rehire them for my new clothingline updates coming soon

We liked the fact they weren't afraid to show us how to manage and develop the store. They could of easily not done this and racked up more hours. This was very impressive and now I'm confident updating my site whereas before I hadn't a clue how to do this.

Dynamic Dreamz assisted with the migration of custom data from our Magento instance to our new Shopify site. They also helped us to build several pages along with customizing the theme to our specs. In addition, they continue to perform occasional updates as we need them.

Our primary contact was Guarav, and he was excellent to work with. He team did a great job as well. We had consistent communication throughout.

We were up and running on Shopify quickly. Without question, we are much better off with our new Shopify site than we were before, and we are in a much better position to do more experiments and make more effective updates with Dynamic Dreamz going forward.

I required programming support. We had calculators and different pages on the site that needed to be changed. We’re a small office, so we didn’t have a proper plan. Instead, we identified what we needed as the collaboration went along.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dynamic Dreamz ran different scripts and added new functionalities. Their team implemented a blocker to prevent us from receiving spam emails. Also, there were different errors in the calculators. They troubleshot the product to understand why it wasn’t working and then built a solution. There were times when people registered but weren’t getting the registration email. So, Dynamic Dreamz went into our site to figure out why users weren’t getting the email and then created a plan to fix it.

I’ve worked with one person from Dynamic Dreamz.

I found Dynamic Dreamz on Upwork. I posted a job there and looked for companies with good reviews and had clients who were happy. I saw their reviews and approached them. They understood what I wanted right away.

So far, we’ve spent about $2,000. We’ve worked on an hourly basis and Dynamic Dreamz has been honest about the time needed to complete tasks. They’ve given us good value for the money we’ve invested.

We’ve been happy with their work. Dynamic Dreamz has understood the code even though it wasn’t created by them and been able to tweak it for us.

How did Dynamic Dreamz perform from a project management standpoint?

Dynamic Dreamz has been organized so I’ve understood what’s happening with projects. Even though we’re in different countries, I’ve been able to understand them. There’s a different timeline because they’re not in the US. I’ll give them an assignment and the next day it’ll be complete, so it’s not an immediate solution.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve worked with a lot of freelancers in the past and wasn’t happy. I’ve been happy with Dynamic Dreamz. For the quality of their work, the price was fair. In my experience, if the price is low then the quality is low. They combine a competitive price with quality work.

There weren’t any needs for improvement in the work that Dynamic Dreamz did.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I use a software called Jing to take and edit screenshots that I send to Dynamic Dreamz. This helps with communication. Instead of writing about the work that needs to be done, I send the screenshot with arrows.

I’m a freelancer based in the Netherlands. I specialize in business portals and websites, using either WordPress or custom CMS, sometimes with connections to customers’ ERPs.

I mainly went to them with WordPress assignments and needed them to build complete websites from scratch.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They go through an initial process before making an offer to me, explaining who the customer is, what they do, and what exactly they need. Following that, they give me a deadline and cost. Once I agree, they start immediately and almost always deliver before the deadline.

Once the customer starts testing, normally issues we didn’t foresee on our first call arise. The Dynamic Dreamz team has no problems addressing those or changing something in the specifications. It’s quite a dynamic process once we reach the testing stage.

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked with 4–5 people from their team. My normal contact is with their project manager, and I’ve had multiple developers work for me across our projects that I’m not in direct contact with. All the communication is written, and takes place daily, especially during ongoing projects.

How did you come to work with Dynamic Dreamz?

They were well-known for the WordPress websites they delivered. I found them through Upwork, where they responded to my job. They had excellent ratings there, and their pricing was good, so it wasn’t a hard choice.

We spent between $7,000–$7,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with them in December 2017 and we still have a maintenance contract with them after the completion of the latest project. The first website we made took four months to complete, and the latest one took three weeks.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I don’t have any hard metrics at hand; the only result I can point to is a happy customer. Dynamic Dreamz's work is high quality, especially with our ERP integration. I haven’t seen many issues after they’ve delivered something; everything works as expected.

How did Dynamic Dreamz perform from a project management standpoint?

Things are going very well in terms of project management. My main goal in this regard is that they deliver before or at the deadline. We had a deadline of March 11th for our latest project, but they delivered it a week early. I spoke to the customer, and it was nice to surprise them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their speed of work is impressive as I’m not used to it. In my experience, everyone delivers late now, most of the time. Dynamic Dreamz can deliver very fast if there are clear specifications in place.

Are there any areas they could improve?

In the beginning, I thought that communication needed to be improved, but that was also my issue. I’ve learned that I have to actively communicate, and not just wait for them to reach out. We’re working on a new project at the moment, and everything is going much better, including on my side.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

The websites we build aren’t simple, but there isn’t too much to know in terms of business logic. I can’t judge Dynamic Dreamz on very complex work, but I’d recommend them for websites with integrations with other systems.

Their eagerness to stand behind their product over time sets them apart. I know that if a client reaches out to me with a tech issue on their site (long after project completion), that Dynamic Dreamz will work quickly to resolve the issue in completion.

Because of their outstanding work ethic, I am able to take on projects that I never could have completed on my own and do so without any reservations as to the final outcome, as they have proven time and time again to exceed expectations and stand by their word.

After ten + years working with Dynamic Dreamz, I can honestly say that I see no areas in need of improvement. They are more than capable of every task I have presented to them, they are eager to begin right away and deliver on time, they are willing to change the project scope while in progress.

Dynamic Dreamz built a robust backend that allows for a VIP login area on our sites for subscribers. Thanks to the practical, modern design of the sites they built, we've experienced an increase in subscribers and paying customers.

We click with their team very well. They always turn around requests for iterations very quickly and bring a lot of creativity to the table. It's been a great relationship overall. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm most impressed by the quality of work they're able to deliver in a short period of time. I can call up Gaurav and talk through a list of changes I want to a site and, in just a couple days, he'll have everything done with 90% accuracy. Other requests I've made were completed in just a few days when I expected them to take a couple of weeks. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, their work is very good but there's some room for improvement in the creativity of their designs.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

No, but I would absolutely recommend working with them.They provide high-quality work at a very affordable rate.
