To build and new Ecommerce store that would hold 130,000 part numbers as well as show case services with the ability to open trade and retail accounts and manage different levels of discounts and payment methods. 

The platform had to be integrated into our internal management system and show live stock levels and updates. For SEO - research competitor websites for function and content, to review and analyse google keywords and analytics to build an SEO plan that would enable our brand to out preform others and give maximum online exposure.

First year increase in completed online sales transactions off 250% and an average year early increase of 22%.

The project started slow due to the technical nature of the project and us learning to work together but as time went on we became one team and Dot squares became instantly responsive to any issues once the site went live. Due to the multiple they have SEO, Server, front end dev, back end dev, project management everything is taken care of in one place. 

This has proven to be a massive asset and they have become an extension of our internal team, integrated though MS Teams directly with our staff.

After the initial agreement and award of the project, coms could have been better. Progress meetings would have ensured that the vision and goals were understood by all. The initial agreement was some time ago now as the project expanded beyond initial brief and I have seen a great improvement of the management and coms across the whole team.
