Doctor Multimedia helped redesign the website—both desktop and mobile—and improve SEO. The team also contracted a third-party company to produce a video for future marketing efforts. They led a video and photo shoot as part of the process. Doctor Multimedia now helps coordinate social media marketing.

We are in direct contact with 1-2 individuals from Doctor Multimedia and 1-2 from the third-party video-photo company.

The video is well-made and representative of our company. We’re using the materials to launch a marketing campaign with the hopes of improving awareness of our organization.

Doctor Multimedia has led a well-organized and efficient workflow from the beginning.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team communicates quickly and effectively.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Doctor Multimedia could have hosted a brainstorming before the video and photo shoot to give us a clearer idea of what to expect. Otherwise, our collaboration has been very straightforward.

I’m the office assistant for a chiropractic office that offers various services, including acupuncture. I help with daily patient care and some of our marketing efforts.

We had a marketing partner but were still struggling with our website and online presence. We couldn’t stay on the first or second page of Google for very long, and we needed to modernize our website, so we began looking for a new partner.

Doctor Multimedia redesigned our website, making it both mobile- and user-friendly. They also managed our Google Ads account, working on keyword optimization and organic ranking. When people search for chiropractors in our area, we wanted to be on the first or second page of Google. As such, Doctor Multimedia provided suggestions for our website, like adding new pictures or links to improve ranking.

We initially worked with a sales person and supervisor to set up our account. After that, we worked with different people, depending on the tasks.

The partnership lasted from August–December 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen increased activity on the site, which is much easier to use now. Our Google rankings have also gotten better, so people can find us now.

How did Doctor Multimedia perform from a project management standpoint?

They were organized and laid out their entire plan from the very beginning. They made it easy for us to switch partners without having to put in a lot of extra work. We spoke once or twice a week, mainly over the phone or email. They also provided monthly emails that contained analytic and keyword results.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re easy to communicate with and follow through with all of their tasks. The entire team is knowledgeable and helpful.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We were pleased with everything they did.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

We couldn’t find a lot of reviews about them, but they’re a reliable partner. They’ll definitely be able to improve your online presence.

Just yesterday, I emailed them about an important change that needed to be made. They completed it within the hour and alerted me that the change was live.

It's very effective. Doctor Multimedia is a pleasure to work with. They have been helpful and attentive since the day we signed on with them.

The cost for their services is reasonable, and their attentiveness is awesome.

We needed help us with our website and our mobile app. We started working with another company, but we were not satisfied with their services, so we were looking for a new vendor to help us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our mobile app wasn't functioning properly and our website was missing some important features, such as handicap accessibility. Doctor Multimedia pointed out what we should and should not be doing on our website, educating us on how to engage more people and get new clients. They also added moving images to our website, made sure we placed the information in the correct places, and updated the site.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They exceeded our expectations and made a real difference for our business. They executed everything we asked them and did that for a very reasonable cost. Our mobile app now has a feature that allows people to easily reach out to us by calling or texting (they just need to hit a button to call us and they don't need to look for our phone number). Our clients find the website much easier to use and the traffic has increased.

How did Doctor Multimedia perform from a project management standpoint?

They worked fast and kept the project on track. We mostly used email to stay in touch and they were actively communicating with me the entire time. Also, they were very easy to work with.

I’m a licensed veterinary technician and hospital administrator for the Animal Medical Center. The clinic has been based in Virginia Beach the past 50 years.

A little over three years ago, I came to the practice in a management position. I inherited several projects including a defunct website. I hired Doctor Multimedia to rework our web platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

After engaging with Doctor Multimedia at a conference, I showed them my website and it turned out that one of their team members had experience with the web host the practice was using. Their team showed me which elements on the site needed improvement. One of my main requests was using actual photographs as opposed to stock images. They revamped the website, personalizing it to reflect the area we’re located. Doctor Multimedia took information from the site and plugged it into their own process to generate an updated platform.

The bulk of the development work took place between May 2016–2017.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

While the site is completed, we still engage with Doctor Multimedia for any updates. We try to freshen up the site for optimization whenever we can. The revamped platform was beneficial for business. We’re received more traffic. There are links on the website for contacting the practice and scheduling appointments. Those features get used frequently because of the mobile version they’ve delivered for us. The direct access for emergency services that involve direct dialing from the mobile surgeons has also been helpful. We haven’t used Doctor Multimedia for their social media services, but I’m considering it for the future.

How did Doctor Multimedia perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication has been smooth. We met in-person at the conferences, going back and forth on various things. Generally, we discuss what needs to be moved, added, or subtracted from the site. Last May, I checked in on their new team members at the conference. Most of our communication is done through email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What encouraged me to continue our relationship was their ability to personalize the website without our side performing a lot of maintenance.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Doctor Multimedia should continue delivering fresh options to their customers. I’m in a heavily saturated market in this area. A lot of clinics' pages look the same, but Doctor Multimedia was able to personalize ours, making it stand out with video content and real-life imagery.

Founded in 1967, Jefferson Animal Clinic is a local veterinary clinic that offers medical care to cats, dogs, small animals, and birds. I am the director of administration.

I met Doctor Multimedia at a veterinary conference and liked what they had to say. I also liked that they were a smaller company, so I hired them.

Doctor Multimedia designed and launched our website. We initially spoke with the project manager about what we wanted for our website over the phone and during a webinar. After hearing our ideas and his input, we decided on a plan.

A couple of weeks later, he presented us with a mock-up of our new website design. We approved the new design and finances, and they delivered a new website within a week. We did have to make a few updates soon after releasing the site, but our project manager was able to handle it on the same day.

We had a project manager and a web developer, but I'm not exactly sure how many people were involved. I almost always spoke with our project manager.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our website was up and running very quickly with no downtime when transitioning between our old and new sites. Doctor Multimedia has kept up with the Google algorithm changes, and we have stayed in the top search results for many years.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Their project management was excellent compared to the company that we had before. Doctor Multimedia was prompt and always dealt with our questions on the same day. We did need to make a couple of instant changes post-launch, but they were able to get it done immediately.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was most impressed and continue to be impressed with their ability to get updates completed quickly.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I would suggest they make sure that any staffing changes on their end won’t affect our ability to contact them. We only had one mishap where an email contact had changed, but the emails were being forwarded, so we were still able to get our issue addressed.

Doctor Multimedia set up a phone consultation where we discussed the specific needs of the website and our preferred design. The team built in logos and color themes that were consistent with our current marketing, maintaining continuity. After they launched the site, Doctor Multimedia followed up with me to determine if it was meeting my expectations. They made adjustments accordingly.

I had a single point of contact during the design and development of the site. Now others at Doctor Multimedia reach out to me to make sure I’m happy with the site and to keep its design fresh per my request.

The new site has launched and generates superior leads compared to my old site. I now receive leads directly through my email—as opposed to having to log into a separate system—and have seen more new patients as a result.

Doctor Multimedia manages the project through phone calls based on my availability. It’s a low-stress and efficient workflow for me.

I'm an associate doctor at a chiropractic clinic. My main role involves doctoring patients, assisting with staff hiring, training, and management, and developing new office procedures.

We were having challenges with our past website developer. We wasted our time micromanaging them, and they blamed us for the problems. We hired Doctor Multimedia for additional services, such as social media integration and automated posts.

We needed a beautiful, functional, and navigable website, plus amazing customer service. People live on their phones and tablets, so we needed a non-responsive website. We thought a fully-functional website would serve our existing patients well and help during every step of a new patient encounter.

How did you select this vendor?

Doctor Multimedia was a vendor at my chiropractic college homecoming event. We were having trouble with our website designer and developer. After talking to them and discussing the opportunity with our owner, we realized that we would receive much better services with Doctor Multimedia. None of the other companies made as much of an impact, so we switched immediately.

They incorporated our information into a new design, updated our office pictures, added videos to homepage, integrated our new patient intake form with the homepage, and added links to other pages. 

They also integrated our social media with the website. We receive monthly analytics reports to see how our website is doing. We don't use it, but it's useful to see how our marketing efforts affect website traffic.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

It's great not to worry about whether the website is working or how long it will take to correct problems. We are happy customers because they meet or exceed all our expectations. 

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The team works effectively, follows a timeline, and meets all our expectations. We communicate quickly and easily through email. We don't have any problems. Our representative is great at keeping in touch and making sure we are content. They keep up with us periodically, sometimes to offer additional services, but usually to ensure that they're still meeting our objectives.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Doctor Multimedia is the best website provider we have hired by far. Their designs are great and they're easy to work with. They do the job without micromanagement and offer many services that other companies don't provide. Hiring them was the best decision we've made!

My wife and I own and operate Vancil Vision Care. I’m an ophthalmic technician and she is a doctor of Optometry.

We hired Doctor Multimedia to update and maintain our website.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted a quality, modern website that would allow my patients to register directly from any mobile device. I was also looking for a more affordable price, as my previous web design company was significantly more expensive.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We weren't totally satisfied with the quality and availability of our previous web development company. I received a call from Doctor Multimedia, and after our conversation, they assured me they would do a better job than my previous vendor for a lower price. So, I decided to see what they could produce.

After that initial conversation, they sent several links to other optometry themed websites they had built. I was able to pick and choose the features that I liked best. I was happy with the beta product they created for our site, and so I made the decision to hire Doctor Multimedia.

I decided to launch the website the team produced for me after our initial conversations. Our new website allows incoming patients to book an appointment. It also connects to our secure portal, letting patients fill in important health history and eye information.

After making the decision to go live with the new website, I had to cancel my previous vendor. Canceling the vendor wasn't an easy process, but Sabrina (Account Services, Doctor Multimedia) talked me through it.

Also, on the same day the site launched, the team began posting optometry related links and stories on my social media pages.

What was the team composition?

My initial onboarding contact was Sabrina, and I have also spoken with a few other people within Doctor Multimedia.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

While several existing patients have commented on the new site, we've seen the largest impact with new patients. Updated features on the site have streamlined the check-in procedure. This allows us to see more patients since they can be taken directly to the exam room without filling out paperwork. Now, we are currently booking five weeks out instead of the usual three weeks.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Sabrina thoroughly explained the design process to me. She exchanged cell numbers with me so if an idea popped into my head, I could text it to her. I did this several times and she responded immediately. Then, the project shifted to development.

After the site went live, I was contacted at least once-per-week by email, phone, or text for feedback. I also asked our employees to review the site and suggest any changes. Whenever I texted those suggestions to Doctor Multimedia, I would see the results in a few hours. I love the immediacy of texting someone and seeing the results so quickly. Their communication has been the biggest plus for me. Each team member has provided helpful insights.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They spelled out everything they would do for my company and delivered on all of it. A few weeks ago, Doctor Multimedia updated the website according to a suggestion I made. That update caused an issue with our online registration process, and a patient called to tell us that the link wasn't working. I called Doctor Multimedia, and it was working again within 30 minutes.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I can’t think of anything specific at this point. I just hope that they continue with the same level of customer service as they continue to grow. So far, I have no complaints.
