What did you find most impressive about this company?

They’re hard workers who care greatly about their customers. We were very picky with our requirements and needed a lot of little details on the site to be done right. Doctor Multimedia did not stop until we were completely satisfied with the product.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

People have complimented the website. It’s easier to use. If I need any changes to the platform, their team continues to update what I need.

How did Doctor Multimedia perform from a project management standpoint?

I would discuss what I wanted, and then they would let me know when it was finished in several days. I would review their work and give my feedback. We generally communicated using phone calls and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed with their work quality. Doctor Multimedia does a fantastic job creating websites.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sometimes changes and updates take longer than others. Their team can be quick at implementing my suggestions or take longer than I expected. This may depend on job size.

Doctor Multimedia is excellent at communicating. In the beginning, we set everything up and made sure timelines were clear.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Even before finishing the design, we became busier than ever. Booking appointments has never been a problem for us, but it's normal to have some slow months. Every practice generally slows down from Thanksgiving to early spring. We no longer experience those slow months, and we're sometimes fully booked four weeks in advance. We're busy every single month.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It's easy to work with Doctor Multimedia. They're sensitive to the fact that daily business dealings are our priority, and that we can't spend hours working on the website. Because we have a point person, we don't need to explain everything each time we call. They're always available to work with us.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They work on our timeline, not their own, so it's easy to call when we have the time. We really appreciate that! We're happy with their customer service, and we're excited to have a partner that actually listens to our needs.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I honestly can't imagine how they could take better care of us. We're pleased with our interactions and the results.

The designed our website for us. That included work on both the content and pictures, as well as video development.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The site hasn’t launched yet, but we can see that it looks much more professional, cleaner, with simple lines and an easy to follow layout. I think more people will be hooked on the first page as the layout is easier to navigate.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

It was smooth from beginning to end. Their emails were always very helpful as they told me what to expect and walked me through the process. That meant we knew what we wanted to accomplish and the steps we needed to take to do so.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They implemented a seamless transition from our old site to the new one. They helped me leave my old providers without being too negative about the experience, even though it was painful.

They were spot on about the entire process and our expectations, which was helpful. I was less frustrated through the transition because I had their assistance.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not really. Everything was really transparent, which I really appreciated. I also appreciated the 7-minute video clip from their president that explained why it’s so important to secure the rights to your domain, as I didn’t know about that.

We hired Doctor Multimedia to improve our online presence. After working for a while with a different online marketing company, we still weren’t getting the results that we wanted. We were looking to improve our social media, site copy, email blasts, YouTube account, and Google Ads by creating content that is tailored to our brand.

We wanted to build a brand that represents our personality. To do this, we needed a website that conveyed the uniqueness of our clinic in a way that is authentic and easy to understand. Our goal was to carve our niche in the chronic and complicated pain world by offering hope to patients who have been suffering for many years, many of whom are told there is no hope. We also wanted to highlight our unique methodology in an effective manner.

Doctor Multimedia reached out with a cold call and seemed to understand exactly what we were lacking. They explained that a one-size-fits-all approach wouldn’t work for us and that generic newsletters and copy wouldn’t fit our needs. Instead, they offered to customize our content and provide any support that we needed. Also, they didn’t send us fine print or a severe contract, which made them seem flexible and collaborative.

We had an initial phone call to discuss the philosophy of our clinic and the first impressions we were aiming to create for web visitors and social media followers. After the call, their team began transferring content from the old site and creating new copy. When the initial migration and editing was complete, they started managing our social media accounts. Their team created new profiles for our clinic on Instagram and YouTube.

We collaborate on copy and images for various posts, sometimes going back and forth before publishing content. They’ve designed logos and email headers, researched and initiated ad campaigns, and written unique content for our site and social media accounts.

Their team is structured in a logical yet flexible fashion. They have various departments with one main email address that we can use for most of our needs.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Over the past year, the number of new patients finding us online has steadily increased and is now consistent. We receive several new clients every week as a result of our marketing efforts. We believe that if we continue to move forward in the same way, the numbers will continue to rise. This is the type of solid online presence that we’re striving to create.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I’ve been working with the same people, for the most part, since the beginning of the partnership, and we’ve had almost zero communication errors. They’re in constant communication with one another, and I’ve become personally familiar with all of the people who work on our account. If I send an email to the wrong person, it always makes it to the right address in a timely fashion.

We create content on both sides, and they’re consistent with posting on social media and sending newsletters. The content that I create is more sporadic, but we work out the timing to space things effectively.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I’m impressed by the personal attention that I receive. They know my company well and always deliver exactly what I need. Also, I find that the more involved I am with the account, the more involved they are, which seems natural.

Something else that impresses me is the constant positive attitude I see from every employee. I’ve never had a negative interaction with any one of them. Each member of their team is helpful, kind, and timely. They collectively project a very positive feeling.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Some of the social media posts end up being relatively generic, but this is more on me than them. Ideally, I would like all of our posts to be unique to our business. Overall, there isn’t much need for improvement. They’ve exceeded our expectations.

They also put a link on my website so patients have access to leave reviews there as well. In addition, Doctor Multimedia hosts my website and manages my Facebook and Instagram.

I really can't remember how I first found them. I think they might have called me or sent me an email.

I spend $200 a month.

I do receive calls on a consistent basis. I get calls from people who found me on Google so that tells me their keywords work. I always ask new patients how they find out about us, so I can trace it back to internet marketing or the website.

Doctor Multimedia’s customer service is good. I can actually talk to a live person when I call. I simply send them an email if I want any changes made to the website. They reply back to let me know they received it and they’re working on my request. There’s a pretty quick turnaround as they usually have it done by the next day.

Their customer service sets them apart from other firms.

They could do more in terms of reaching out to current and past patients. They could send information in emails or publications to keep us front of mind.
