Doctor Multimedia delivered a website that surpassed expectations in quality and promptness. The site launched two weeks earlier than anticipated as a result, and it cost about the same as my old site.

The team leads a highly efficient workflow. It takes very little involvement from me or time out of my schedule. Doctor Multimedia listens to me, works on tasks, and delivers. We communicate via email.

Doctor Multimedia stays on top of all inquiries. Since day one, when I have an issue, they respond within an hour and address the problem within a day.

I don't get a lot of patients through my website, but there's a tie to my business Facebook page. There aren't any measurable results because of the website on its own, but it acts as an educational benefit to my patients.

They are excellent project managers. We typically communicate by phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a good product, and are very accessible and responsive. They are flexible and set things up very easily. I can call them and speak with them right away.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't like the social media portion of their services. I'm always looking to add content to my Facebook page, but I wasn't particularly pleased with what they offered on that side. They could improve the quality of content within that part of their business.

For bigger cities where websites are critical, they would be a major benefit.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a modern site that instantly tells the reader who we are and what we do. House call services are unusual, so our clients and potential clients need to know how we work and what to expect. We wanted a photo-heavy layout as well as an updated menu system to organize our pages.

How did you select this vendor?

We did preliminary searches for similar services online. At a veterinary conference, we spent hours going from booth to booth to see what services and skills different web companies provided. We liked Doctor Multimedia’s sites and sales pitch. They offered a few months of service, and they wouldn’t charge if the website didn’t meet our standards. It was refreshing to see a potentially risk-free investment.

Doctor Multimedia put up a fully-functioning skeleton site immediately. They then built the sections, adding detail, photos, and content over time. It includes a special administrators’ panel, an online pharmacy, a staff page, and a photo album. We were able to call and email in suggestions and comments as we went.

The Doctor Multimedia team has remained the same from the beginning. We have a primary point of contact—a design lead—that conveys our requests to that team to carry out.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Based on data collected in our admin access panel, our website hits increased within the first month of Doctor Multimedia’s work. We now see a consistently high volume of hits every month. Our clients have also praised the new site for its usability and smoothness, and we’ve seen no reports of bugs or issues so far. We’re particularly happy with our photo album feature; it allows clients to see the variety of species we care for.

Doctor Multimedia manages our content, staff pages, online pharmacy, and other aspects of the site. We send in new photos weekly that their team then adds to the site.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicate by phone and email with Doctor Multimedia. Initially, we had a single person—the primary design artist—who took all of our calls. Now we only call when we want to make a quick suggestion or have a question about our site. We use email to relay new content and photos for our website.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Doctor Multimedia achieved all of the goals they promised us on the day we first met. I appreciated their willingness to offer services at no charge if we weren’t happy with their work.

Are there any areas for improvement?

It might be helpful to review the site monthly and make slight changes to freshen it up. However, we’re thrilled to have a website that functions well and looks great.

I’m the owner of Salazar Chiropractic, a chiropractic practice. We offer chiropractic treatment plans consisting of chiropractic manipulation (adjustments), soft tissue therapies, exercise recommendations, physiotherapy modalities, nutrition counseling, and patient education.

I hired Doctor Multimedia to re-design my practice’s website. I was originally using another company to manage my website and do SEO, but I wasn't happy with the results.

I wanted to see an increase in website traffic, as well as more appointment requests and contact inquiries through the website. I also wanted the website to be clear, attractive, fully responsive, compatible with mobile devices, and easy to update.

A representative from Doctor Multimedia reached out to me regarding my satisfaction with my current website provider. They were nice, polite, and quick to offer solutions when I voiced my concerns about the services I was receiving. After hearing more about Doctor Multimedia's services and comparing costs, I left my previous website designer.

We had a series of phone calls and emails to start regarding their price and several examples of chiropractic sites my account manager sent. After selecting my preferred web package, they sent an email with important tips about the web design process and a survey to help them better understand my desires.

Following a series of design calls, they sent me the first draft of my website. I made a handful of changes over the next few weeks, and then we had a final review. They published the site five days later.

Later, they assigned a media marketing consultant to handle the actual design and a customer service representative to handle my requests/changes. I’m still in contact with these individuals today.

Since switching to Doctor Multimedia, I’ve seen an uptick in website traffic, which has led to more inquiries through the website. I’ve also received a handful of compliments from patients regarding the design and ease of use.

The workflow between myself and their team has been great. The initial website design went smoothly, and their editing process is quick and easy. They’ve completed all my changes efficiently.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I am most impressed by how much you get for the price. Not only did I receive a new and improved website for about half of what I paid previously, but I also got full ownership of that site without having to lock into a contract. I also have a direct line to the company owners and access to 24/7 customer service via call, text, or email.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I’d like to be able to go in and make simple edits to the content on my own. I sometimes find it quicker that way.
