We needed a user-friendly, attractive website that attracted more Google reviews and achieved better visibility. Many patients look at Google reviews while deciding where to get their eye care.

Doctor Multimedia designed my website, without demanding any effort from me, and added a redirect link to our Google review page. They also used signs and QR codes to establish easy access to our Google page, then gave us tips for getting more reviews.

The project team had two members: one to direct the initial setup, and another to maintain the project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We've had positive results, especially with reviews. We went from 15 reviews to over 50 within four months.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They were extremely responsive. I could always reach them immediately, and their response times were excellent.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They offered a two-month free trial and cut my fees from the previous company. Their helpfulness made the transition easy.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They reached out more during the first few months, but we talk less now. That could improve, but I know they will be there if I need anything.

I am one of two chiropractors in a private practice called Balanced Wellness Chiropractic. We are a small, family-owned business that provides exceptional chiropractic care for the entire family, including newborns. We also offer needle acupuncture.

For almost 10 years, we had the same standard, cookie-cutter website that was designed for chiropractors; the only unique thing was our address and bios. We decided that it was time to refresh our look and improve the interaction between us and our potential patients. Doctor Media took on our vision to design a more modern, unique website.

We are predominantly a referral practice, so we didn’t have any specific goals in mind for the project. We just wanted an intuitive, clean-looking, and mobile-friendly website that our patients would enjoy using.

How did you select this vendor?

Doctor Multimedia was a vendor at an annual gathering of chiropractors in Oklahoma City. We were initially impressed with their customer service as well as the appearance of their current clienteles’ webpages. Additionally, they were very easy to work with and were within our budget, so we chose them for our project.

After submitting our initial ideas, they emailed the first draft of our website’s design and encouraged us to view it on both our computers and phones. They then asked us to review the general, overall structure of the site (e.g., pictures, buttons, texts, colors) before implementing our content. Once we approved, their team transferred our content, and we did a final review.

What was the team composition?

We had a digital marketing consultant working with us via email. Emailing back and forth was the best way for us to get the project done on our schedule.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our biggest success is how much easier it is for our patients to navigate our website on their mobile devices. It’s also easier for our staff to receive and process new patient paperwork online.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow couldn’t have been easier; we just went back and forth a few times by email and had a few quick calls during development. Additionally, doing the project in stages made reviewing content and site changes quick and simple for us. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were impressed by how easy they were to work with and how well they realized our concepts. No one ever looks forward to redesigning their website because of the time, effort, and cost involved, however, we would completely go through this process again because it was so simple.

No, I can't think of any areas for improvement at this time. We were completely impressed by their performance.

The El Paso Pediatric Dental Assistant School is a comprehensive program that offers hands-on training in Pediatric Dental Assisting. We offer the hands-on training and tools one would need to be successful in the Pediatric Dental Assisting field. My position here is the school administrator.

We hired to develop and launch our company website and to recreate our logo for our specific location.

What were your goals for this project?

The goals of the project were web design, web content development, client-side/server-side scripting, and network security configuration, among other tasks. We wanted to help our company to increase product knowledge, maintain communication with potential clients, sell our services, generate leads for the business, and increase the popularity of our company.

The owner of the school uses Doctor Multimedia for her Dental offices and has found them to be a success to work with because of the driven results on the services that they provide.

They designed, developed, configured and launched our website. They also created our logo and installed a service on our website for Dental offices to post job openings for our prospective students to have access to!

The communication was between the Customer Service Representative, who was outstanding! Also the team of Web design and development.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We just recently launched and went live with our website and have already had several inquiries come from the website. Everything we requested to be on the website has gone up seamlessly and turning our idea of job posting on our website a reality was the cherry on top. They made it happen.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was great! They complied with all the deadlines and if there was a delay, the team was always in communication with us. Last minutes requests and changes were expedited if needed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The communication! Communication is key to any great project and they made it all breeze. I never had any issues with getting the project completed. They were always done within the deadline and my requests were never miscommunicated.

I especially loved that my most of my requests, changes, and modifications were expedited, especially once we got approved by the state to advertise, Doctor Multimedia made us their priority and got our website launched almost immediately!

We had a great experience with our website development and continue to have great experiences now even after the website launch.

With our new website, we’ve seen double the amount of traffic. We’ve also received feedback from clients stating how much they enjoy the new site.

At periodic intervals, I send their team a list of web design and development tasks. They address each item and give me updates via email. In every situation where they've been unable to complete a task, they’ve reached out to explain the issue. They also request additional information when necessary. Their team is excellent at deciphering my vision and executing my requirements.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I’m impressed with the improvements they've made and their ability to handle change. In the beginning, their team was small, and we experienced some growing pains. They continued to listen to my feedback, and eventually implemented new solutions and management tactics to provide better support. Their customer service processes are now robust and efficient.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Over the years, Doctor Multimedia has tackled problems and addressed concerns well. The only area of improvement in my mind is with the quality of their social media content. I’ve had to change some of their work to match our branding, and they occasionally use inaccurate veterinary terms and information. That being said, their content creation has been helpful, especially in diversifying the messaging that we share with our followers. They’ve also offered many useful ideas for reaching new clients.

Our first attempt at the video didn’t go well. The vendor Doctor Multimedia worked with lost all our footage. Thankfully, they were apologetic and rescheduled the shoot with another company. I was impressed with how Doctor Multimedia handled the issue and did all they could to correct their error.

Since our office hasn’t opened yet, I can’t speak to the effectiveness of the site. However, the team has been building the platform exactly to my specifications.

The team has been a pleasure to work with. In particular, the sales representative has been very helpful. It’s been easy to communicate with them, as they excel at explaining technical concepts. They are very responsive and will follow up to ensure there’s no miscommunication. It’s clear they are invested in the success of the project.

Instead of putting their own spin on the site design, they have built the platform according to my exact preferences. I’ve been happy that they haven’t tried to upsell me on anything.

It would be great if the team could complete site updates within the same day they were requested, as the process has been taking up to two weeks so far.

The transition of content to the newer site was simple and straightforward, and the entire development process was seamless. Their team is incredibly friendly and helpful. They work incredibly fast, making some changes in a matter of minutes.

They prioritize our needs, and their commitment to excellence is evident in the website. They're also very invested in our brand. The team provides reports with recommendations for markets that we can explore. This information is extremely valuable. Overall, they’re a wonderful team, and we love the product they delivered.

I wouldn't change a thing. They’ve been great!

We now rely fully on our website for virtually all of our marketing needs, advertising our URL on both our business cards and intake forms. We’ve told active patients to refer to information on our site and have also set up an email address connected to the domain to ease communication.
