Ryan made the process really easy for me. He laid out exactly what they needed from us to get started, and I was able to establish the look that we were going for as well as the colors that we liked. Once we gave him all of the basic information, his team put together a design that was perfect for us. We finalized it by adding some personal pictures and cute buttons.

Initially, I communicated with Ryan, and he handled everything for me since. He was my main point of contact and made himself available whenever I had a question or suggestion.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our clients really love the new website and agree that it doesn't overwhelm them with too much information. They’re able to do pretty much everything they need to without calling us or coming in. This includes scheduling appointments, requesting medical records, and refilling medications.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Working with Ryan was great. He stayed in contact through the whole process and was open to our needs and suggestions. All in all, it was a success.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were willing to work with what we wanted, not what they thought we wanted.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everyone can improve on something, but Doctor Multi Media did an outstanding job. We were very happy with their performance.

I’m an optician and lab technician at an optometry office. We have one optometrist who owns the office and our own full-service laboratory on site.

We wanted a partner that we wouldn’t have monitor daily, yet still have to do most of the work for. Additionally, we wanted to further customize our web design and do more outreach in the community via digital content and social media.

Doctor Multimedia had been contacting us for some time. I finally looked at them in-depth and liked what I saw, especially their prices.

Initially, one of their developers contacted me, and we discussed in detail what I wanted the site to look like, right down to the content we wanted to post. They then produced a first draft of the website, which I responded to with things I wanted to tweak. We went live after they implemented those changes. They also helped me end my contract with my previous vendor.

What was the team composition?

I mainly speak with two resources, one who was in charge of designing the website and another that assisted me in ending my previous contract. We haven’t had to interact much because they take care of everything, which is wonderful.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our website looks beautiful, and we’ve seen an increase in content engagement on our social media pages. Further, more and more of our new patients say that they found us online.

The workflow was easy and straight forward. I haven’t had any issues contacting them, like being pushed from person to person or having to explain myself multiple times.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The combination of their price and the quality of their design and social media posts are outstanding. They worked with me to find out exactly how I wanted to site the look and what kind of content I wanted.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I honestly can't think of anything that they should improve. We haven't been with them very long, but we’re currently quite satisfied.

Doctor Multimedia delivers work on time and communicates any issues as they arise. I appreciate having one point of contact; it allows for easier organization and better continuity.

The team is both quick in their delivery and patient with ours. They update our site according to our requests rapidly, and they offered us several designs before we settled on one.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The websites look great. We’ve received compliments for each of our location’s landing pages, and customers say that our webpages are easy to navigate. If we need to make any changes, we just have to email Doctor Multimedia’s help desk, and they’re quick to execute.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

It was a smooth process; I’d send a list of requests to the project management and would receive a confirmation email. Once they completed my list, they would inform me via email. If I had any questions, they would answer them promptly.

Their customer service was excellent. They were great about informing me when they’ve received and completed my requests.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We have been able to make more informed marketing decisions using the analytics generated from our online presence.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Due to miscommunication with developers at the beginning of the project, the partnership required heavy use of internal resources. Eventually, we were able to step back and let the Doctor Multimedia team execute tasks.

Despite the disconnect with the developers, my main point of contact has been diligent about facilitating collaboration. He ensures they understand our goals, and he’s always available for a conversation via email, text, or phone call.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I could always contact someone to express my ideas or concerns. I’m pleased with the content on our social sites, and the analytics have helped me determine where I should be focusing my marketing efforts.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They could improve collaboration between internal stakeholders and the developers. In the planning phase, we had a hard time connecting on our ideal vision and what the developers could achieve. In the end, I had hoped for a richer website than we received as there’s still expired content on the new page.

We met them at a dental convention. I looked at some of the sample websites and loved the designs, especially the option to mix and match their services to fit our budget.

We worked with the same person through the initial questionnaire and design phase. Since then, we’ve been able to email the support team to request any additions to our website, usually on the same day.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the launch of our website, our reviews have increased a lot because there’s now a page that drives patients to review us. We were also able to insert a button that allows patients to schedule appointments online. They go right into our schedule, increasing production, and improving recall rates.

If we ask for something to be added or changed, they’re responsive and get it done within a few hours.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They’re true to their word. In the past, we’ve had vendors who just wanted to make a sale and then drop off completely. In contrast, Doctor Multimedia has consistently provided us with an excellent level of customer service.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They aren’t dental specialists, so some of the content sometimes wasn’t worded in the best way or wasn’t always accurate. However, we were happy to customize these when necessary.

I am a certified chiropractic clinical assistant at a small clinic in Grand Forks, North Dakota. We have been in operation for 27 years and are committed to maintaining a high level of care with our patients, which has propelled our clinic to be one of the best in the region.

Our goal was to increase our web presence and bring in new patients. Because we started to introduce new chiropractic methods like taping and cupping, we wanted to showcase these treatments to our patients, too.

They redesigned our existing website to show the changes we have made to our business name, hours, doctors, and techniques. They also added patient reviews as well as a tab for new patients to download intake forms and schedule appointments. Currently, they’re managing our site and make changes whenever necessary.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

In general, we have seen an increase in both new and current patients who are using the tab to request appointments. New patients especially like having the ability to get their intake forms done before they arrive. 

While we are satisfied with the outcome, there is always room for improvement. For example, it would sometimes take longer than we had hoped to see our site changes take effect when we requested modifications.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We faced some initial communication challenges when setting up the website; it was difficult for Doctor Multimedia to get in touch with our doctor because he would often be treating a patient when they called. There were also some issues with emails going to people not involved in the project. However, once we worked out all of the communication kinks, we found them to be an efficient team and saw an increase in responsiveness to our requests.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their level of customer service is great, and they really care about our company. It’s helped to boost our confidence that we chose the right company to help maintain our site.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We would have gotten off to a better start if they had found a better way to communicate with us. Since we are an active clinic, our doctors are constantly working with patients, so it’s difficult to answer phone calls. Emailing would have been much more effective for us.
