From a team lead perspective, success is visible in smoother execution, fewer blockers holding up progress, and a more consistent flow of working outputs as project needs evolve. We’ve seen quicker movement from defined requirements into completed outputs, fewer delays caused by limited internal capacity, and better continuity across parallel priorities. For example, work that might previously have waited in a queue can be picked up and progressed more quickly, which helps the team maintain momentum and reduces delivery friction across the project. On average, turnaround has improved by a few days on typical development tasks since DiscoverDev joined the project. Overall, I’d estimate the improvement at around 20%–30%, depending on the complexity of the work.
