The project delivered clear, measurable impact. AI features including a dedicated student chatbot, automated summarization, and quizzes were successfully launched and integrated into the platform.

User engagement remained strong, with 70–80% active users, while the platform scaled reliably to support 180,000 students without performance issues.

AI-driven support reduced operational workload, and staff augmentation accelerated delivery of key product milestones, contributing to improved retention and continued revenue growth.

The AI agent enabled faster issue detection and achieved high accuracy in generating alerts, while the discovery agent effectively gathered client insights through chat, reducing manual workload and significantly improving response quality and overall customer satisfaction.
