We were very impressed with how communicative Dinamicka Development has been with us over Slack, providing daily updates on their progress. Since the tasks have been clearly scoped, we’ve also been regularly able to see their progress in a shared Jira instance. Moreover, since we’ve provided very clear requirements, it’s been plainly apparent whether or not our desired results have been delivered — in all cases, they’ve met or exceeded our expectations. For example, we’ve needed to make a number of complicated changes to the flow of the application (including monitoring for inactivity and flagging/remediating accordingly). Dinamicka Development has helped us clearly document this flow and implement it without bugs.

The scope of work included DevOps support, SaaS product planning, and Odoo-based platform development and customization. The team supported us across infrastructure, architecture design, and application-level implementation to help turn our product concept into a structured, scalable technical solution.

On the DevOps side, they helped design and configure our hosting and deployment architecture, including environment setup (development, staging, and production), server configuration, deployment workflows, and security and backup strategies. They also provided guidance around CI/CD practices, version control, and release management to ensure stable and repeatable deployments.

For the SaaS initiative, they worked with us to define the technical blueprint and execution roadmap. This included SaaS architecture planning, multi-tenant approach, module structure, user roles and permissions, and subscription/billing model considerations. They translated business and operational requirements into a phased technical plan.

On the Odoo side, they handled customization and development across multiple modules and workflows. They also led extensive SEO optimization and performance improvements to boost the site’s visibility and functionality, demonstrating strong web development capabilities.

Phase 2 – BuyRadar AI shopping assistant: Dinamicka assisted in launching the MVP of an AI-powered shopping assistant, including web design, UX/UI Design, and implementing SEO strategies to promote the new product effectively.

Oleg and other developers and Designers have always been available when needed, either for clarifying production details or answering to specific questions.

Using Jira alongside Slack has allowed for a clear understanding of Production progress, blocking items and anticipated actions. Some miscommunication happened from time to time, but this is due to our communication methods, and most importantly, to the scale of the project. Dinamicka has always tagged along and supported us in solving the challenges we have faced so far.

We needed to create a sports analytics dashboard for an internal customer. It had to be data-heavy, with mathematics and data transformations, and fast.

What was the scope of their involvement?

​​Dinamicka Development designed and developed our sports analytics dashboard. We had the logic for the data analytics that we’d transformed into Python scripts. Dinamicka Development inherited that and used it to build a single-page web application in Django. Everything was developed from scratch except for a few website functions we provided, including a graph rendering function. They redesigned some aspects to ensure we got the perfect product.

Since this is a database dashboard for only one customer, it’s difficult to identify performance metrics. However, the sports team that we built the dashboard for did win their competition, which means the dashboard is working.

Dinamicka Development is always available for last-minute calls. Their team always meets our deadlines, although we don’t have many because our project is very fluid. Their team works quickly to deliver what we’ve requested.

Dinamicka Development is the friendliest team I’ve ever worked with. They’ve taken on a very fluid project and deliver to our needs, even when we change the scope of work.

We started working on a scheduling Chrome extension around 6-8 months ago. We already created some designs and finalized the specs for the prototype, but we still needed a company that could help us develop the MVP.

We hired Dinamicka Development to develop a calendar Chrome extension, which allows users to share their availabilities with each other and schedule meetings. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve received great feedback on the MVP as well as positive reviews from users on the Chrome store. We now have around 300-350 weekly active users so far, which I consider a success.

How did Dinamicka Development perform from a project management standpoint?

Dinamicka Development performed well in terms of project management. They were transparent with their limitations and were incredibly nice, approachable, and responsive throughout. We did have an issue because they had to replace the previous project manager assigned to us, but they handled the transition very well. They managed to stay within budget, but it did take a bit longer for us to complete the project compared to their initial estimate. 

We used Jira for project management and Slack and phone calls for communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed with Dinamicka Development’s ability to meet our expectations with a limited budget. They never overpromise anything — they were always transparent and open to finding a way to make things work and making sure that we knew the limitations of the project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could benefit from improving their communication. They did provide us with updates, but I would have preferred it if they provided updates daily.

They did a great job with what I wanted and the budget I had. If I had a large budget, I don’t know if they would be the right fit.

For what projects/services did your company hire Dinamicka Development, and what were your goals?

We were looking to create an MVP health web application that performed well and was scalable to support a growing customer base. The requirements were to develop an MVP app that reflected the UI designs, performed well and could be delivered efficiently and in an agile fashion.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Dinamicka's portfolio of projects met the quality standards we were looking for and their breadth of expertise across all areas (in particular dashboards development, charting expertise and web app development) met our criteria. Their initial requirements gathering was thorough and precise with good attention on the customer needs which reflected back on Dinamicka's approach with their clients. Our chosen vendor would be working alongside an in-house development team so this was an important factor in the selection.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We reviewed the Figma designs with Dinamicka and prepared the Sprint backlog of tasks and activities. Dinamcika reviewed and prepared the effort estimates against the work items and Agile Sprints were coordinated ready for development. Sprints were reviewed weekly, and further scope was committed for subsequent sprints. Jira was used to track project task estimates and actuals. Communication throughout the teams was done through Slack.

An account lead to ensure we had the right resources and the project was initiated inline with our expectations. A project managed to oversee the Jira and development efforts from the Dinamicka side, as well as a full time front-end developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The delivery exceeded our expectations in terms of matching our desired UX design and coding standards used. The team were very experienced and able to handle challenges efficiently and effectively. At all times we felt in control of the delivery, helped by using agile best practice.

We had daily scrum calls with our PM and front-end developer as well as weekly Sprint review/planning sessions to commit activities for the next work period. Sprints were managed in Jira, and communication through Slack. The PM was hands on to support an effective delivery and was able to support the in-house team well.

Dinamicka did their due diligence in the discovery phase of the project which allowed them to understand the scope clearly and match the right resources to the project. They were very well organised as a team and were on top the process end to end which demonstrated excellent professionalism in their trade.

The Armed Conflict Location & Event Data Project (ACLED) is a non-profit crisis monitoring organization that collects data on political violence and protest activity around the world.

I am ACLED's Senior Communications Manager, overseeing strategic communications, public outreach, and user engagement.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Dinamicka Development?

ACLED is in the early stages of launching a series of local conflict observatories to enhance data collection in conflict-affected contexts where it is difficult to obtain accurate information through traditional media monitoring.

Our first observatory, called Cabo Ligado -- or 'connected cape' -- tracks political violence in northern Mozambique. The project's donors provided a limited budget to create distinct branding and a dedicated website for Cabo Ligado.

We contracted Dinamicka Development to design the branding package and web scheme.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal of the project was to create a distinct branding/web package for Cabo Ligado that made it clear that the observatory was its own independent entity, while still signifying its position within the wider ACLED data collection network.

SOLUTION

How did you select Dinamicka Development?

We researched and interviewed a series of web/graphic design firms and contractors, in addition to considering several in-house options.

We ultimately selected Dinamicka Development because they seemed professional, competent, and able to successfully take on an open-ended project with a tight budget.

ACLED's Director of Programs & Operations, Senior Finance Manager, and Senior Communications Manager were the primary employees involved in the selection process.

Describe the project in detail.

Dinamicka designed a branding package for the Cabo Ligado project, to be used for web content and other project materials. The branding package included digital resources built around an original logo and color scheme, and it was meant to cohere with ACLED’s overall branding style.

The vendor was responsible for the following deliverables/technical requirements:

• Logo (Including 4-6 prototypes and 5 changes to the selected prototype);
• Color scheme (Including two color scheme options to select from);
• Full branding package (including a PDF and a Figma link to all materials;
• two color schemes illustrated on a single wireframe screen; logo use cases; icons; typography; corporate style of the elements).

ACLED provided initial high-level guidance and color references.

Throughout the process, ACLED and Dinamicka went through multiple rounds of feedback on logo designs, typography, general style, etc.

We primarily interacted with four people from the vendor's side: the CEO, a project manager, and two designers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have not yet publicly launched the core materials that will use the branding package/web design, so we cannot yet share related concrete outcomes or metrics. But we are very happy with the results of the project.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Dinamicka was extremely responsive and the scheduling was very well-managed. Any delays in the project were a result of our internal review processes; there was never any delay on the part of the vendor.

Communications were always quick and professional. We used a dedicated Slack channel and Upwork to manage workflow.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ability to produce very quick, professional work with limited guidance and within a limited budget.
