Initially, we had a discovery call where we went through all the information on the website and the client's goals. We discussed how we could improve the website's functionality, design, and user engagement. Dignitas Digital has created a UX/UI experience to make the website the best possible for the client.

The team has redesigned and redeveloped the website, which is an e-commerce platform. Dignitas Digital also provides hosting support and maintenance.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Dignitas Digital's work has led to an increase in user engagement and contact form leads. The website now has a better UI/UX and overall design. We've seen a 25% increase in contact form submissions. The quality of Dignitas Digital's services and final product has met our expectations. I've worked with them for years, on multiple projects, and I recommend them.

How did Dignitas Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Dignitas Digital delivers on time and within budget. The team gets back to us quickly and makes changes fast.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Dignitas Digital's attention to detail is impressive. The team has created a design that resonates with the client's brand and captures the client's brand essence.

I don't think there's anything Dignitas Digital can improve on.

Dignitas Digital is a great company to work with if you're looking for website design, development, and maintenance. Communicate with them about what you want your brand to be from a website design perspective. The team is good at understanding the technical aspects of website design and UX/UI. Dignitas Digital provides good recommendations on how to create the best website and digital experience.

I’m the VP of marketing and sales at Provell Pharmaceuticals, a small, private pharmaceutical startup. We handle manufacturing, marketing, and distribution.

Our previous digital marketing agency didn’t have adequate experience in the pharmaceutical industry, which has a lot of regulations that need to be adhered to and followed set forth by the government. These regulations are regarding the promotion of FDA-approved pharmaceuticals. We were running into a lot of issues with our previous agency, so we hired Dignitas Digital.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dignitas Digital supports our paid advertising and PPC activities across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. They’re also doing some SEO work, including updating our website, creating new pages, and properly assigning key search words for us to index in relation to our competitors in this space. Regarding paid ads content, they’re creating content for our Meta ads.

How did you come to work with Dignitas Digital?

I found them through an online search. Dignitas Digital looked like a good fit based on some early conversations and their capabilities. We chose them because they understood our business needs and quickly saw some gaps where we could be performing better. Their approach to having a domestic team here in the US and support overseas was a fit for us from a timing perspective. It was also a fit in terms of price because they’re very competitive, and as a startup, cost was a big concern for us.

We started working together in May 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Pretty much all of our online indexing has improved. We expect that to move even quicker once we publish all of our new content on our website. Our social media performance was nonexistent prior to working with Dignitas Digital, so they’ve helped us get active and promoted across both LinkedIn and Meta platforms. We’re seeing a tremendous increase in awareness on those platforms. Our Google Ads are performing better since the team has been able to make some adjustments and effectively target better in that space.

How did Dignitas Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done a great job with project management. With the high level of regulatory scrutiny and promotional guidance that needs to be followed in this industry, there’s a lot of back and forth to ensure that edits are done properly, medical references are accurate, and verbiage and claims are written in a way that is approved by the FDA. There are probably a few more rounds of review than what they’re used to, but they’ve done a tremendous job turning these things around quickly and making the necessary changes.

They’ve really adapted to the way things are performed in this industry. Even before we have a chance to make necessary comments, they’re making corrections and changes, whether it's to blogs or new pages on our website. We typically communicate through email, and we use Zoom to review project status or performance analytics.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I want to give a shout-out to Jatin, who is doing a phenomenal job. The whole team is great, but Jatin is who I deal with on a day-to-day, week-to-week basis, and he's amazing.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Dignitas Digital's willingness to support us in a space that was a little new to them has been impressive. I know that they have experience with pharmaceuticals in the past, given other agencies they work with and how they sometimes sub different work and projects. Therefore, I feel confident that they have people who have a good level of experience in this space. Their ability to adapt to us shows that they want to see success with us and grow along with us.

They have fair pricing, and they always communicate clearly about the number of hours spent on the website. We know we’re asking for a lot of changes, and we’re never surprised by the billing. The high level of communication we have with them supports both their approach to the work and what we receive in return.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything. Any improvement they could make stems from us being a bit more responsive and working quicker. However, we have a small team, and no one is dedicated to digital marketing. Dignitas Digital has done a great job dealing with our different directions.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Dignitas Digital is a great group to work with. They should be open to what their clients want and need and keep a high level of communication. Regardless of which team member I'm dealing with, everyone at Dignitas Digital wants to best understand our goals, timelines, and anything they need to know ahead of time, such as pharmaceutical regulation.

We needed help with our digital marketing to increase brand awareness and presence, reach more people, generate leads, and maintain and manage websites.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dignitas Digital is our one-stop solution for digital marketing. They help us with website development and design, SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing activities.

We work closely with an account manager. We reach out to them with the project scope, and they provide us with the best course of action. Then, we either approve or change the scope of work.

Dignitas Digital is well-versed in the softwares we use, such as WordPress, Shopify, Figma, and MailChimp. They generally have someone on staff with some familiarity or experience in any software we inquire about.

Regarding SEO, we initially gave them the context of the project. They have a staff member who conducts keyword research and provides us with a document to review. We then provide them with the broader context of what we’re looking to do, and they go about the keyword research independently.

Additionally, we work with Dignitas Digital on Google and Amazon advertising.

We have two full-time team members: Amrit (Senior SEO Specialist) and Mukund (SEO Specialist). We also work closely with Amit (Sr. UI Designer & Frontend Developer), a designer, and another SEO specialist.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve definitely seen increased organic traffic to the website, keyword rankings, and organic purchases month over month. Dignitas Digital’s quality of work always meets or exceeds expectations. If the first rendition of their work doesn’t match our expectations, they’re always quick to rectify upon feedback.

Last month, organic traffic sessions were up by 23%, our total purchases increased by 25%, and the keywords ranking in the top 10 were up by four keywords. Overall, our most recent projects are progressing.

How did Dignitas Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We usually discuss the budget before the project starts so that we always have a clear understanding of how much we’re spending. Dignitas Digital manages the budget accordingly and always comes in or below that number. Moreover, their turnaround time is quick.

We use Google Docs and Microsoft Teams to communicate.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Dhawal (CEO) has been nothing but helpful throughout the process. Whenever we need something rushed or done quickly, he always helps fast-track it. I give him a shout-out as the founder, but the whole team deserves kudos.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their flexibility and knowledge base are impressive. They have a well-versed staff member in every software or platform we look to use. Moreover, they can walk us through the process or do the work we need in that software. 

Dignitas Digital has design, development, SEO, and PPC teams, so they have a specialist in all the business areas we need. They’re a one-stop shop for all of our digital marketing needs, which makes them much more cost-effective than hiring a dedicated employee in the US for the same thing.

Overall, their breadth of knowledge and skills means that anything we’re looking to achieve becomes possible because they have a staff member who knows about it and can do it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It’s not necessarily a weakness, but sometimes there’s a contextual language barrier. Communication with some of their employees can be challenging because they’re an Indian-based company. However, there aren’t any professional weaknesses.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

As long as you know what you’re looking for and can communicate it well, Dignitas Digital can help you execute it. The team is great at knowing the means to achieve an outcome, but you need to know what you want to achieve.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dignitas Digital?

I needed the service of a customized WordPress website domain. My first goal was to increase professional visibility since I hadn't had a website for my business even though it had been active since 2019. My second goal was to increase sales.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, the founder of Dignitas Digital contacted me to have a Zoom call, and we went through some of my emotional needs and frustrations. He provided insights into how his agency could help and the next steps. Creating a website is a huge undertaking, but the agency has been available for the step-by-step process. We've decided to create a WordPress site, and Dignitas Digital has offered the option to choose a template, but I wanted to design it to customize it. 

I've worked with the founder to choose elements from different WordPress themes that I felt would be pertinent to the design. I've created wireframes of the site's design, and Dignitas Digital has taken my vision to build a custom WordPress site, providing a unique domain. The team has provided me with feedback regarding the design and created the final site based on my suggestions. 

Dignitas Digital has also created SEO-optimized landing pages. I've worked with Dignitas Digital's SEO team to define the landing pages and what type of content I needed to create. Dignitas Digital designed those landing pages, and I'm the writer and content creator. Dignitas Digital also provides me with SEO support.

What is the team composition?

I work with Dhawar (CEO), who takes a hands-on approach. I also work with Abhishek (Digital Marketing Manager) and Rishi (Director).

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent roughly $14,000. The website project was for $8,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked on the web development project from April–September 2023. I then signed a six-month SEO contract with the team from December 2023–May 2024. The contract is charged monthly; however, I'm taking a break due to my finances. I plan to use what I've learned from Dignitas Digital to continue building content for my website so I can hire them as early as the winter of 2024 — that is my goal.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I've seen great results since partnering with Dignitas Digital and can report that, thanks to their SEO services, I have 5–6 direct bookings. I've also been contacted by a company that could lead to multiple bookings in the future. I can directly attribute these results to my website because they contacted me directly through the site. 

Thanks to Dignitas Digital's great SEO work, I now rank high for specific keywords that visitors to New York City use to find out how to book a shopping tour. I've received numerous bookings, and I know the future is bright. 

How did Dignitas Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

I communicate well with the team, and we meet several times via Zoom and Google Meet to review their work and decide the next steps. Dignitas Digital is always available to make my requested changes without charging me additional fees since it's included in the set fee I paid.

Dignitas Digital uses Google Docs for project management and organization. Dignitas Digital delivers work on time and on budget. Delivering the site has taken additional time than expected, but the team hasn't charged me.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What Dignitas Digital does best is creating an easy-to-follow process for building an SEO-optimized website. I consider their development speed to be a top skill. The team has given me a 24–48-hour turnaround in certain aspects of the site, which is amazing. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I'm fine using Google Docs; however, I wonder if there is a different organizational tool that would've made the action steps easier. I've found I had to organize myself, but other clients might need more support to organize their projects. 

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Be open and create time to prioritize building your website and creating content to get great SEO results. Building a site isn't an overnight project; it's an investment in your future. Creating time in your business to prioritize this task will give you results in the future; you just have to trust and have patience. Dignitas Digital will be there to support you along the way.

For the past 25 years, I worked as an executive VP at Domus, Inc. In 2020, I retired and started doing consulting work. Now, I’m an independent marketing communications consultant.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dignitas Digital?

I work with Walter On Wine, a wine influencer website. I needed help to launch their site and marketing program.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We brought in Dignitas Digital from the early stages to discuss the business model we wanted to use for the influencer website. They helped us strategize different approaches and were involved in the planning phase. We then moved on to the design and execution phases; they handled everything for us in an extremely tight turnaround.

The website uses WordPress. We’ve used a template; we didn’t want anything custom from a cost-efficiency standpoint. They’ve implemented Stripe to accept payments and other special technologies. We’ve got the site functioning; we want to add as much content as possible before marketing it to drive people to become subscribers. They continue to design new pages as we add them.

In addition to the website, Dignitas Digital has helped us secure social media platforms. After the website launch, they’ve also done all of the SEO.

We first worked together to come up with keywords that were appropriate for our site. They refined those based on their expertise and the competitive nature of the words, and we collaboratively came up with the final keyword list. 

Over time, we’ve evolved and gotten to know our customers better. After the keyword list, Dignitas Digital gave us a page-by-page recommendation of what we should do to optimize our SEO. They told us how to write the H1 and H2 descriptions and copy and integrate keywords.

Dignitas Digital continues to optimize our content pages and recommends which pages to write with keyword-heavy content. They also currently help us with subscriber newsletters once a month. Ultimately, we plan to use Dignitas Digital for cold email campaigns and digital advertising.

Our early contact was with Dhawal (CEO), the owner. We then transitioned to an account manager. 

Navneeta (Lead Project Manager) is our primary contact; she works with Amit (p.m. & UI/UX Lead), who handles our email marketing campaigns. Other programmers work on our project, but we don’t deal directly with them.

How did you come to work with Dignitas Digital?

I worked with Dhawal at Domus, Inc.; I was his supervisor. The agency hired him right out of college because he had his master’s degree from Penn. Our CEO was a Penn alumni, so she had access to their recent graduates.

Since I worked directly with Dhawal on many digital projects, I knew he was super smart and easy to work with. He left to start his company, and I continued to do many digital projects with him. 

When I became a marketing consultant and had this opportunity to create Walter On Wine’s website, the first person I thought of was Dhawal. I knew he did quality work at a cost-effective price, so he was an obvious choice.

How much have you invested with them?

The initial website was $18,000, and the initial SEO recommendation was $1,500. From there, ongoing costs, including monthly emails, new pages, and SEO, are anywhere from $800–$1,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working on the website in December 2023 and continued working with Dignitas Digital through Q1 2024. Ultimately, we’re committed to launching on June 6th at the LA Wine Festival, so we have a hard deadline.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re still in the refining phase, so we’re still talking to a few people. We haven’t done significant outreach or outbound marketing to drive people to our site.

Overall, Dignitas Digital’s work is excellent. They’re very responsive and strategic in their thinking. We’ve been happy with the initial website because it’s exactly what we discussed; they did it on time and within budget.

Since the launch, we’ve learned a lot. We kicked off with a soft launch in May and saw a bump in the number of visits in June, which was during the LA Wine Festival. Then, it dropped off, but it has started to come back up.

Moreover, our average session is above average. We have people on our site for over 12 minutes, and we’re averaging nine-minute sessions, which is crazy good. Additionally, our page views peaked in June and have evened out to 1,600 page views per month based on our last report in October.

How did Dignitas Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re cost-effective for us; they can give us low prices because they outsource to India. If they need to exceed the budget, they let us know.

Additionally, Dignitas Digital is great at communicating. Although some team members are in India, they’re very responsive. They worked almost around the clock to get the site live by our deadline. We usually just factor in the time difference when contacting them. If we need something fast and quick, we always go to Dhawal.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Dhawal is our primary contact. Whenever we need something, we go to him. He’s our go-to guy to get an answer if we have a strategic question. He knows so much about the digital world, and we really value his insights, strategic thinking, and execution detail. We can’t even log in to MailChimp without his help.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their strategic thinking is outstanding.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their resources are offshore, so there’s a time difference. However, we’ve adapted to that and built it into our timeline. We know that if we make a comment at 4:00 p.m. US time, they won’t get that until the next day. However, it’s worth it because of the great value they give us.

Be clear with your direction and budget. Also, be willing to listen to and consider their recommendations.

I am the Founder & CEO of BarStar, an app that lets users send & receive alcoholic drinks which can be redeemed at participating bars.

For what projects/services did your company hire Dignitas Digital, and what were your goals?

The Dignitas team was hired to handle all development of the BarStar app, aside from design which was handled by BarStar. The goal was to have something in hand that I could test myself, show others for feedback, and ultimately launch a functional, revenue-generating app on the Apple and Google app stores.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I'd originally reached out to an agency in Toronto, who referred me to Dignitas. Dhawal (of Dignitas') confidence in the project, positive attitude, and overall competence is what led me to move forward with him and his team.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The project was broken up into phases, which I appreciated because it was less overwhelming than doing too much at once. I'd send mockup screens, which Dignitas would then develop test versions of the app based on the mockups. Guidance from Dignitas was appreciated as we iterated together.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked mainly with Project Managers and Developers, and our overall progress was overseen by the CEO.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

To date, there are 177 users on the app and 3 participating bars. In terms of the deliverables (Apple App Store app and Google Play Store app), I'm satisfied because the apps simply work as intended.

Most communication is done via email. Face-to-face Google calls sometimes take place if it's too lengthy of a discussion to do so over email. In terms of timeliness, Shailesh and Dhawal have been great at getting back to me in a timely manner and delivering results within the estimated timelines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

"The competence and positive attitudes of the team members are notable."

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Closer attention to detail in terms of the graphic design of the app. Being mindful of the language barrier, as there have been spelling mistakes within the app.

I’m the CEO of a sustainability consulting company, which is mainly software-based.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dignitas Digital?

We were creating two pieces of software for our clients — an enterprise software and a mobile app. We hired Dignitas Digital to develop them.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve created the wireframes that demonstrated how we wanted our software to function. Then, Dignitas Digital is in charge of creating the software that’s coding the design from start to finish. They’re in charge of front- and backend development, too.

So far, they’ve created an Android and iOS app for general users. On the other hand, the enterprise software is still under production and the business opportunity is that sustainability impacts environmental, social, and governance (ESG) measurement and scoring. We also plan to hire them for their maintenance and advertising services.

What is the team composition?

We’re working with four team members from their team, including their CEO, two product managers in charge of the app and enterprise software, and a designer.

How did you come to work with Dignitas Digital?

We found them through a series of online searches. We saw them listed on several websites. Our desire at the time was to look for a company that had a hybrid setup. In Dignitas Digital’s case, their CEO was based out of Philadelphia, but much of the work they were doing was completed abroad. Overall, their setup was exactly what we were looking for.

We’ve spent $120,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in June 2020, and we continue to collaborate.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve released the mobile app a couple of weeks ago, and we’ve received positive reviews. People have told us that the app is easy to use. On our side, we’re extremely satisfied with the functionality that they’ve created. In addition, two organization finds our enterprise app to be useful, especially in terms of data management and scoring.

How did Dignitas Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve been implementing a hybrid of a waterfall and iterative model, and they’re performing very well from a project management perspective. There have been a couple of delays, but that has been due to us not having the information they needed to continue.

We mainly communicate via email and we have weekly meetings with their team. We also have additional meetings as necessary. Furthermore, we find it useful to record videos, especially if we have questions or concerns during the meetings and don't have enough time to devote to the meetings. Usually, they send back a video of their own explaining the changes they’ve completed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The Dignitas Digital team is incredibly responsive to changes; if we need to implement an update, they’re able to quickly integrate our suggestions or changes. On top of that, they’re accommodating and personable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. Nothing really comes to mind on areas they can improve. This is an area we’re not particularly familiar with, so we don’t have a ton of experience with other providers of similar services. However, nothing jumps out in the engagement as being a major problem.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Know what you want ahead of time and provide a detailed explanation because Dignitas Digital can program anything that you want to do. They’re very talented, but if you leave things open-ended, they’re not experts in whatever your expertise is.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a research scientist at a large research institution associated with Harvard and MIT. I am a computational biologist, meaning I make biological discoveries by writing software to analyze large datasets.

For what projects/services did your company hire Dignitas Digital, and what were your goals?

We had two legacy web portals that allowed users world-wide to run sophisticated software on their own data. The sophisticated algorithms were written in C, and run on a on-premises compute farm. The websites were developed ~2014 using software that is now outdated, and cannot be supported. The aim was to create new web portals that would allow users to upload their own datasets, launch the C programs on the cloud, and return results to users via email.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We first searched for in-house or local developers, but could not find those with bandwidth. Then I found Clutch via google, and have Clutch select 3 companies. From these three, I selected one with a moderate price and good communication.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

I created a PowerPoint presentation with the work specification, which was eased by the fact that we wanted to replace existing websites -- so a very well-defined scope of work. The deliverables were two production websites that would allow users to run our software on their data and return results via email. The company assigned a team with a lead of communication, who proposed a solution (Amazon AWS for cloud computing and web hosting). Then they created development websites, and finally production websites.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Dignitas Digital created two production web portals, that are working great.

Communication with the CEO was quick and seamless. Communication with the project manager, who was in India, was often delayed by 1 day due to time differences. Our project was not very time-sensitive (we had existing websites that worked, and would switch over once the new ones were ready), which Dignitas knew so the delay was not a problem.

Written communication with the project manager was completely adequate, although not seamless because of language differences, and sometimes issues would have to be clarified multiple times (over several days) before there was understanding -- but the pace and communication were overall good. For communication of bugs and feature requests, I created a Google Doc, and they would fix these, and then we would iterate -- which worked great since we could both see and edit these shared docs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The entire job was very easy from our end. Communication was good, and they delivered exactly what we wanted. They will provide ongoing maintenance and support, which was key for me choosing this company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

This may have been a problem with Amazon AWS, but when I linked the production URLs to the new Amazon site, there was one day before everything worked (Amazon AWS had to switch us from development to production). This got fixed in ~1 day, but I expected and would have preferred that we not have a day with a broken production website.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner and CEO of a home access provider. We enable older individuals and individuals with disabilities to remain in their homes by making modifications. This may mean installing a stairlift, grab bars, or a wheelchair ramp, or remodeling a bathroom.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dignitas Digital?

A not insignificant part of our business is direct-to-consumer, and it was clear that to thrive, we needed to master SEM, SEO, and PPC strategies. We sought out Dignitas Digital to help with digital advertising.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Google Ads has been our primary focus so far, but we’re pushing onto Facebook now too. The only piece of our business that we’ve been meaningfully marketing in a digital format is the stairlift installation service. The keywords related to this service are very narrow, which makes it clear that our efforts are bearing fruit. It would be harder to tell if we were being successful if we opened it up to other keywords.

In the course of understanding our business to advertise it, Dignitas Digital also made recommendations that led to us overhauling our existing website to make it more functional. The website was originally a custom job, and Dignitas Digital transferred us to a WordPress base. This allows us to be more nimble in addressing changes for SEO.

With the new website, we’re going to expand our efforts to other of our services, which is going to give Dignitas Digital the ability to do much more behind the scenes, including backlinking.

Content creation is also part of Dignitas Digital’s offerings, and we may utilize it in the future.

What is the team composition?

I work very closely with Dhawal (CEO). He’s one of the two principals, and I was originally referred to him. He listened to what we needed, and I determined that they had the right pieces to build into a strong working relationship.

Dhawal has incorporated other members of his team, including Jatin (Account Manager), who is our account manager, but Dhawal is still very involved. Another individual works closely with us on PPC and Google Ads.

How did you come to work with Dignitas Digital?

We’re a relatively small firm, so I’d invested time and energy to teach myself Google Ads. I was convinced that my work was impactful, but it really needed an expert’s time. My line of thinking was that, if I could be successful with limited knowledge, then an expert would be even more successful. I was referred to Dignitas Digital by someone in my network.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent just under $20,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working with them since November 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Even before our new website launched, we were growing in terms of our organic presence, which is kicking in even more now with our new website.

If I combine our Google Ads spend and Dignitas Digital’s fee, then my revenue is 7–8-times my monthly investment. I feel that I’m getting a good bang for my buck. As soon as I can get my operations more scaled up (I’ve owned the company for less than one year), I’ll open up my advertising budget to include our other product lines beyond stairlifts.

Their performance has been excellent throughout, and their value proposition is very strong when talking about costs vs. results.

How did Dignitas Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We’re a relatively small business, and the things that we’re working on are fairly finite. We take on one job at a time. Right now, it’s digital marketing for stairlifts. When we open up multiple campaigns, I’m guessing that they’ll introduce some different reporting tools.

We have two calls every week: one is more about the basics of the project and the other is more extensive. At the outset, Dignitas Digital explained that driving results would take about 3–4 months based on the state of our website, and their timeline was spot-on. We hit our stride in the middle of month three. When someone lays out their plan and expectations and then their performance matches up with those estimates, I’m impressed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I can’t say anything from a digital marketing perspective, as I’ve never worked with a firm in this space before, but from a customer service perspective, they’ve been fantastic. They’ve never told me that a task wasn’t inside their job description. If I ever raise an issue I’m struggling with, they always jump in and problem solve. The feedback I’ve received when telling my other marketing friends about Dignitas Digital is that I’m receiving great results and responsiveness.

Are there any areas they could improve?

International resources are an integrated part of their business model, and there are always some communication challenges that accompany the offshore model. Dignitas Digital has been extremely responsive when I raise those issues. We’ve had no problem in terms of adjusting expectations and staffing.

Some of the younger staff, from a presentation standpoint, want to go too much into the weeds, when we only need to cover things at a higher-level, leaving the details aside unless specific questions are asked.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be very clear and direct. They are responsive and will execute, bending over backwards to accommodate you, which is very much a positive aspect. It can also mean, however, that if you’re not focused, you can end up moving in too many directions.

In my view, the best way to approach them is to be clear on your goals and objectives and try to tackle the work in phases. At least initially, until you’re comfortable with their ability and responsiveness.
