We were looking to grow our brand awareness and increase traffic to our website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking online for digital marketing agencies in Manchester and DMT were highly recommended.

We had an initial sit down with the sales team to discuss our goals and find out how they could meet them. After the point of signing, we entered a very smooth onboarding process with Josh, our account manager, who helped us ensure all our accounts were ready to advertise from. After that, the team put together our ads, sent them for approval and we were live within less than 10 days.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with the sales team initially, then Josh, then I had a point of contact from each position. I enjoyed the fact that I could contact any of these individuals by email at any time.

We've seen growth in site traffic and the number of enquiries we receive per month.

Very effective. After we explained what we wanted to focus on, the team went off and worked their magic. The communication was very smooth between both parties, so we were live very quickly.

They were so in tune with the latest digital marketing trends and news, making us feel we were in safe hands.

We were looking for someone to boost our sales through Facebook and Instagram marketing.

We already had some ads running but they weren't performing correctly, the return on ad spend was low so we were looking for some help to improve the efficiency of the ads.
