I’m the owner of a payroll provider organization.

What challenge were you trying to address with Digital HI?

We wanted to get our name out in the market by maximizing our online presence so we could be one of the top options whenever someone looked for our services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Digital HI provides SEO, PPC, Facebook Ads, reputation management, and content marketing — it’s an entire online management service. They also manage Twitter, LinkedIn, and Yelp; Digital HI was able to communicate with different platforms in a way that it was effective for them to feature us on their websites.

What is the team composition?

Our main point of contact is Matt, but we speak to other members of their team from time to time.

How did you come to work with Digital HI?

I met Matt at a networking event, and I thought he was nice and gave him a shot. I was impressed with his work because everything he told us he could do was exactly what we were looking for.

How much have you invested with them?

We currently invest around $5,000 per month with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The success rate of Google, Yahoo!, and Bing search have blown my expectations — we get daily calls from local business owners looking for our services, which is fantastic.

How did Digital HI perform from a project management standpoint?

For me, communication and transparency are what make me happy with the engagement. They take the time to walk me through the digital aspect of the project, along with the metrics — I always know where my budget’s going, and I like that. 

We use email, texts, phone calls, and in-person meetings in terms of communication — they constantly try to contact me to optimize our ads campaigns.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their results are outstanding; I wasn’t expecting much, and they can deliver within a reasonable budget. I also appreciate that they manage our marketing; I don’t have to do anything, and I can spend that time talking to potential clients.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve at the moment.

Any advice for potential customers?

Make sure you set aside time to work with them to optimize the content for the campaigns they manage.

To Establish and maintain certain online marketing campaigns Nationally and Internationally by using our Hawaiian Call-Centers presence to branch out into the Asian Market.

They Were Highly Recommended at the beginning of our partnership but have proven themselves to be a very Valuable Partner by helping us Navigate this Covid-19 Environment.

2 People. Managing Director, Matt worked with us directly on information capture, all of our weekly / monthly meetings, strategy and reporting. Account manager, Sara worked directly with us on everything as well including small works, reporting and presentations to us.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Website development including our full payment gateway and system. Custom developed and maintained website with high speed and 0 system crash rate. Complete client login and user gateway. 

SEO and Local SEO works in Hawaii market to rank on 1st page of google for "collection agency" keywords. 

B2B presentation materials, strategies to increase our leads by 45% and prior conversions by 50%.

Very effective. Smooth communication and on-time clear reporting system.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Matt's care for our company and objectives, it was like he was part of our team. They had high accountability and efforts.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No.
