I’m the owner of an online marketplace.

What challenges were you trying to address with Digital Design Agency Group? 

We were looking for a company to help us develop an e-commerce platform for our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, Digital Design Agency Group (DDAG) designed a template for us from scratch using Photoshop, and then they moved their work to Figma. From there, they used PHP, Node.js, and HTML5 to develop the platform. Finally, they integrated the platform with WooCommerce.

What was the team composition? 

I’ve worked with three people from DDAG, but my main contact point is their technical lead. They’ve also connected us with their marketing department, and we’ve worked with their business analyst as well.

How did you come to work with Digital Design Agency Group? 

We found DDAG while researching on Google.

How much have you invested in them? 

So far, we’ve spent about 950,000 Rand (approximately $61,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started communicating with them around September or October 2021. Then, we started the project in December 2021, and we’re still working with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

From day one, we started seeing that our users started spending more time on our website, and we started seeing more sales coming through. We still have room for growth, but we are definitely starting to see a great ROI.

How did Digital Design Agency Group perform from a project management standpoint?

Working with DDAG has been very easy. We use Slack to communicate and Monday as a project management tool. They give us updates on a daily basis, and their communication skills are very good. They’re always very responsive, and whenever we need any changes, they’re available. Finally, they’ve also been great at training us on how to manage the site ourselves. Honestly, I’m very happy with them.

What did you find most impressive about them? 

DDAG’s prompt communications, professionalism, and ability to go above and beyond our expectations are impressive. They’re very knowledgeable about the technologies they use, and they really know what they are doing. Overall, the quality of their work stands out compared to other companies we’ve worked with.

Are there any areas they could improve? 

No, I’m very happy with them. I believe they should just keep growing and helping other businesses as they have helped us.

Do you have any advice for potential customers? 

Working with DDAG is always the best route to take, regardless of the size of their team. They might seem like a small company, but the professionalism, expertise, and smoothness of their work are exceptional.

We Had A Kick-Off Meeting To Discuss Our Goals And Objectives. From There The Team Delivered Mock-Ups And Wireframes For Our Site, Which We Ran By Management To Approve. After A Few Iterations, Their Team Designed And Developed The New Shopify Site, Incorporating A Contact Form And Payment Processing Feature.

After Launching Our Site, We Saw A 70% Increase In Traffic, And Our Sales Doubled Month Over Month, Customers Love The Updated Design. The Product Pages Are Easier To Navigate, And Users Can Now Pay By Credit Card.

I am the Director at Pecu Projects a team of entrepreneurs and experts in property management on a mission to build a better home for the rental business.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Design Agency Group, and what were your goals?

As our property portfolio expanded we battled with the filing of leases, rental collection updates etc because everything else was manually recorded and filed on paper contracts which caused a lot of errors and in some cases missing of documents therefore making it difficult to reconcile at critical moment.

Missing key dates, it is not easy to manage a calendar manually and stick to dates established in the past when there are many properties to manage. When is the expiration date of contract, when should tenants pay the rent and what are the dates for necessary maintenance work. Digital Design Agency Group was approached to create a rental management system with a database of tenant behaviour information.

We searched online and reviewed 5 proposals in the end we chose Digital Design Agency Group because they understood the local commercial real estate market and best met our needs in terms of mobility, contactless technology, functionality, cloud technology, usability, reliability and above all security.

The Digital Design Agency Group has a neck of thinking outside the box to bring technology and twists to existing technology, as just one of their twists

The Digital Design Agency Group project management team worked best with a sequential approach. Unlike other developers they had methodologies, that emphasizes linear processes, upfront planning and prioritization, meaning fixed timelines, budgets and requirements. Their method of approach included clearly defined objectives, controllable processes, clear documentation and accountability.

Their team guided us step by step through the development stage process. We valued their responsiveness and their ability to listen to our needs.
