I felt the entire time that I was important, that they not only listened but implemented my feedback, and were willing to challenge my thinking in a polite way when necessary. Throughout, I felt like I was getting way more in the way of service, attention to detail and thought leadership than I expected. I did not imagine that I would feel this supported and find the process as seamless as I did. I did not imagine that I would feel this supported and find the process as seamless as I did. Zack and his team were just a joy to work with, and they were clearly thinking about what was best for you and your needs, and were open and honest about pricing, expectation-setting, and how to get the most out of your site. Their read on my preferences in terms of style and content was spot on too!

I felt heard, supported, and I know that I have the team available should I hit any snags. Their debrief to ensure the customer is happy and knows how to operate their new website is a nice and very necessary touch!
