DAPL ensured our satisfaction throughout the journey! Although we tried to negotiate a tighter timeline of delivery, they did not agree citing focus on Quality as the main impediment. This approach impressed us a lot, as many other vendors typically agree to reduce the timeframe based on customer demands, which could be unrealistic at times!
