One of the main measurable outcomes of the project was an increase in online sales and revenue. Since implementing the enhancements and improvements to our Magento 2 ecommerce platform, we have seen a steady growth in both sales and revenue. This has been a key indicator of the success of the project and has helped to validate the investment we made in working with Digital Aptech.

From our experience, Digital Aptech has a efficient project management style. They made use of a variety of communication tools, including email and Skype.

One of the things that we found impressive about Digital Aptech was their friendliness and approachability. From the very beginning, the team made an effort to build a good working relationship with us and were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied with the project.

Throughout the course of the project, the team was very responsive to our inquiries and needs. They were always available to answer questions and provide guidance, and they were patient in explaining technical concepts and processes to us. This made it much easier for us to collaborate and work together effectively.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Like any project, there were a few areas where Digital Aptech could potentially have done things differently or improved upon. Few issues that we encountered were that some problems were not fully resolved on the first attempt and required additional debugging and troubleshooting.

While this was mostly resolved to our satisfaction, it did result in some delays and additional work for us as the client. In hindsight, it might have been helpful if the team at Digital Aptech had taken a more proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they arose. This could potentially have helped to minimize delays and reduce the need for additional debugging and troubleshooting.

Digital Aptech team completed the initial product build and presentation earlier than the time frame by almost 1 month and then continued on further product enhancements for almost two months. the end result was that the product was accepted as a viable option by the investors and is part of the product portfolio of the bank to be made available to their customers upon release.

There are always room for improvement but I was happy with the teams capacity to take in constructive feedback in the initial month and work as per our requirements. I did not find anything that ever hampered the development of the project or affect delivery timelines
