One of the things that we found impressive about Digital Aptech was their friendliness and approachability. From the very beginning, the team made an effort to build a good working relationship with us and were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied with the project.

Throughout the course of the project, the team was very responsive to our inquiries and needs. They were always available to answer questions and provide guidance, and they were patient in explaining technical concepts and processes to us. This made it much easier for us to collaborate and work together effectively.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Like any project, there were a few areas where Digital Aptech could potentially have done things differently or improved upon. Few issues that we encountered were that some problems were not fully resolved on the first attempt and required additional debugging and troubleshooting.

While this was mostly resolved to our satisfaction, it did result in some delays and additional work for us as the client. In hindsight, it might have been helpful if the team at Digital Aptech had taken a more proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they arose. This could potentially have helped to minimize delays and reduce the need for additional debugging and troubleshooting.

Digital Aptech team completed the initial product build and presentation earlier than the time frame by almost 1 month and then continued on further product enhancements for almost two months. the end result was that the product was accepted as a viable option by the investors and is part of the product portfolio of the bank to be made available to their customers upon release.

We formally dispute the defamatory and malicious review you have posted with the intent of extortion.

This review is factually inaccurate and appears to be part of a deliberate attempt to coerce and extort monetary compensation after successful project delivery.

The project commenced on March 13, 2025, for iOS and Android app development. Progress was significantly delayed due to your repeated unavailability, including a one-month delay in logo finalization and prolonged feedback gaps, resulting in development starting only on August 14, 2025.

Despite this, we:

Delivered the agreed scope
Implemented additional features at no extra cost
Provided revisions and a non-commercial Change Request
Waived USD 100 as goodwill support
Delivered source code and extended post-delivery support

On December 16, 2025, you even confirmed in writing that app publishing delays were due to your own decisions, validating successful delivery from our end.

Post recieving the source code too, you engaged in coercive behavior, including multiple negative reviews (one later deleted) and explicit demands for “compensation” in exchange for removal.

This pattern constitutes reputational coercion and extortion.

We can substantiate all claims with documented evidence, including SOW, invoices, communications, and proof of work if and when needed.
