We have worked closely with Aman and Digiruu for a number of years and he has helped to keep us ahead of the curve and put our business in front of customers who can benefit from our many services.

We stay in a good place with regular new supply of clients asking about our professional services and we are able to cross sell through clever marketing ideas to these clients.

We wanted a good online presence that would bring in business and showcase some of our activities in the best possible manner.

Aman proved himself some time ago and the service he was able to provide grew organically over time.

We wanted to showcase our Travel VACCINATION SERVICES which Digiruu managed to increase several fold and growing. increased awareness and increased margins in a difficult trading climate

I’m the director of Real Heating Solutions, a heating and plumbing company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Digiruu?

We didn’t have an online presence, so we needed a partner to build a website for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We used Digiruu for web design and web development. They developed our site from scratch because we had no digital presence prior to our work with them. The site details our capabilities and services. It also contains a live chat feature that allows customers to interact with us directly over the sire rather than having to call in over the phone.

Since the site launched, we’ve run into a few issues here and there. I’m able to call them up, and they’ll sort it out. For example, we recently had to deal with hacking on the site. It was rectified through their team.

What is the team composition?

We had one primary point of contact, but I’m not sure how many other team members were working in the background.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $15,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in August 2017 and still have an ongoing relationship.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Before, we were unable to track anything because we weren’t online. Now, we’re able to monitor the live chat and the callback requests through the site. We have a solid way to keep up with tracking customers now.

How did Digiruu perform from a project management standpoint?

The whole process was new to us, but we didn’t have any issues. They did everything we asked for in an efficient manner.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’ve developed a pretty strong relationship with them. Oftentimes, there are cases of big promises and underperformance with web partners. That wasn’t the case with us. The deliverables were completed as promised. That’s ultimately what we want from any business.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could keep me in the loop a bit more with additional updates.

I’m a business owner that wants quick results. You’ll be able to get them with Digiruu.

I am the director of a Civil Engineering contractor with work on highways, buildings and infrastructure.

We still use a lot of paperwork on construction sites and lots of forms are left incomplete making our quality of QA very poor. I approached Aman for advice on creating an app that would manage this process digitally and tighten up our processes using a Google Maps API. My goal is to create a site management software that has a easier to use format than existing ones.

I heard Aman on a spotify podcast speaking transparently about what to watch out for when selecting an app developer. His transparency is what lead me to select him to take my project forward.

Design and develop and app that provides the ability to monitor labour, plant, materials, H&S and permits in a Google Earth interface with users able to update the app within the cloud. Note this project is still in the early stages and hasn't been developed yet.

Aman provided useful advice in the feasibility stage of the project which I am currently undergoing and developing ideas for.

The company is transparent, and Aman doesn't take your money unless he believes it will succeed.

I’m the owner and CEO of an app called Stil.

What challenge were you trying to address with Digiruu?

I had the idea for the app, but I’m not an app developer. Therefore, I was looking for someone who would understand the psychological importance behind the app and the pace I work at. If I was going to spend a significant amount of money, I also wanted good people to work with. I hired Digiruu to build my mobile app.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Digiruu has developed my mobile app for iOS and Android. I provided them with my idea, and the team did market research and is in charge of the whole process, from UI/UX design to development.

The app functions to help people sleep and calm their anxiety. Users can pick between different languages, nationalities, and all kinds of actors. These include celebrities and professionals in their fields, from Reiki masters and yogis to hypnotherapists. Currently, the app is in its beta stage, and Digiruu’s work on it is ongoing.

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked with a core group of four people. Once in a while, other teammates will come in to do certain development tasks, growing the team to seven people from Digiruu. I also have direct contact with the owner. 

How did you come to work with Digiruu?

I found them through a Google search. I looked at apps from other actors I liked and found Digiruu while searching for app developers. I wanted someone who understood my vision and that I could deal with personally. Although I interviewed about 15 different vendors, I was always going to choose Digiruu. I was happy they took me on because they were very busy. 

How much have you invested with them?

So far, I’ve spent over £40,000 (approximately $48,000 USD). 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I feel very lucky to be working with Digiruu. The team is available 24/7, and they’ve never let me down. I appreciate that they understand my vision and have the patience to explain everything to me. They’ve built a personal relationship with us. 

The team works very hard and is very professional. Moreover, they’re creative and good at what they do. They’ve been doing this for 20 years, so I’m dealing with some of the best people in the industry. The team really puts in the time and effort and cares about me as a customer. They’ve also expressed that my project makes them happy, too. Our relationship has gotten better and better, and we’ve grown together. 

Digiruu has even helped me with things like admin setup for my company. Additionally, it took me a while to raise the money for the project, and they were very patient; they understood I needed time to be ready and that I had a few setbacks. By the time I had raised the money, they were ready to go.

Currently, I’m only showing the app to friends and family because we’re still tweaking it and adding voices. I’m not ready to go public with it yet; I want to wait a bit longer to build a client base and find the right time to release the app. They deliver on time and are really friendly and kind. Overall, they do an excellent job. 

How did Digiruu perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time and within budget. We communicate via Slack and Zoom, and I also have the team’s numbers. I talk to the owner via WhatsApp about ideas I get. Whenever I reach out, they’re always available — there’s always someone I can speak to. The team is in different countries, which works well for me because I travel often. Digiruu always gets back to me within an hour.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with Digiruu’s professionalism and personal relationship building. I could have gotten any vendor to build the app for me and have never seen them. Meanwhile, Digiruu’s owner has met with me to discuss ideas I couldn’t explain over the phone. These details are the ones you can’t pay money for. 

They’re an amazing company, and the fact that they’re so personable and how they’ve taken the time to get to know my project is something money can’t buy. Digiruu has taken something really complicated and made it fun and easy.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not at all. If anything, they should work less — they’re working 24/7!

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Reach out to Digiruu, explain your dream, and let them do the magic. Trust the process because they know what they’re doing and are willing to listen. They’re also very fair; they’ve never tried to convince me to do anything or make the project more expensive. The team has made my dream come true for a passion project that will hopefully generate a lot of revenue for me.
