Apps. Reimagined. Digiruu is an award-winning UI/UX product design agency for consumer brands, built around a simple belief: most agencies build what a client asks for, not what they need. That approach is backed by results - Subconsciously, an app designed by Digiruu, won Best Social/Lifestyle App at the Best Mobile App Awards 2023.
Every project pairs a Head of Product with a dedicated UI/UX designer from day one, so product thinking and design craft happen together instead of one waiting on the other. That pairing is what stops projects turning into "yes agency" work - the right answer isn't always the one that was asked for, it's the one that moves the product forward.
What we do:
New app - design and build an app from scratch, from first idea to launch
Existing app - redesign and rebuild an app that isn't performing the way it should
Something else - websites, platforms and other digital products
Sectors we work in:
E-commerce and retail
Health, wellness and fitness
EdTech
Subscription and media
Hospitality and travel
Marketplaces
Lifestyle and spiritual
GreenTech
SpaceTech
Our process runs across three stages. Blueprint defines the requirements, user journeys and structure before a single screen gets drawn, so design starts from clarity instead of guesswork. Design designs the full interface and experience, crafted by humans and accelerated by AI. Build specifies and constructs the finished product with Digiruu's in-house development team, taking it from design file to shipped app under one roof.
Blueprint and Design run as fixed-scope, fixed-price engagements. Build is scoped and quoted per project. An ongoing product retainer is available once the design work is done.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of an investment company. We start, buy, and invest in internet businesses.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Digiruu to accomplish for your e-commerce business?
We run a astrology content business, and we needed to extend it beyond web and email into a proper mobile product. The objective was an app that could deliver personalised astrological reports and support live chat readings in one place, giving our audience a daily reason to come back rather than only engaging when we emailed them. It needed to handle real-time conversations reliably, generate accurate chart-based reports, and be stable enough that we could market to it with confidence.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Digiruu handled the project end to end, UI/UX design, full mobile development for both platforms, backend integration with our existing systems, QA, and release management through the app stores. They also took on the day-to-day project management, which meant we weren't coordinating between separate design and development functions. Post-launch they stayed involved for fixes and iteration rather than handing over and disappearing.
What is the team composition?
We found Digiruu through an online search and their profile on Clutch. What stood out was the consistency of their ratings and the type of work in their portfolio, but the deciding factor was cultural fit during early conversations they took the time to understand what we were actually trying to build rather than just quoting on a spec. Aman, their founder and CEO, was engaged from the first call and their overall approach to working with clients aligned with how we like to operate.
How did you come to work with Digiruu?
We found them through an online search and Clutch. We chose them because they had high ratings, a great culture fit, and aligned company values. Additionally, Aman (Founder & CEO) was great.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around $200,000 to $999,999.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from July 2024–December 2025.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We saw improvements in retention, engagement, and stability metrics after launching the app with Digiruu. Retention was measured through Google Play Console and App Store Connect, which gave us day-1/7/30 retention rates. We also used Firebase Analytics to segment by acquisition source. For engagement, we looked at sessions per user, average session length, and DAU/MAU ratio. For stability, we looked at crash-free users and crash-free sessions percentage. Stability was the most immediate change. Crash reports dropped sharply after launch and stayed low. We didn’t have intermittent issues that ate into our support volume, which changed how confident we were in pushing updates. On engagement, the app gave us a daily touchpoint we didn’t have before. Users who came in for their daily reading returned more consistently than our email-only audience. Session lengths were healthy — people stayed to read rather than bounce. Retention followed from that. The habit loop the app created meant a meaningful share of users were still active weeks after the install, which was the metric we cared about most. Overall, Digiruu delivered something stable enough that we could focus on growth rather than firefighting. The build was clean, the handover was well documented, and the team was responsive when we needed changes post-launch. I’d happily recommend them.
How did Digiruu perform from a project management standpoint?
Digiruu ran the project tightly. We always knew where things stood, there were no surprises, and they delivered on time — which, having worked with a few agencies, wasn’t something I took for granted.
What did you find most impressive or unique about them?
Aman's personal dedication to the project was what stood out most. As founder and CEO he stayed involved throughout rather than handing us off after the sales conversation, and that commitment ran through the whole team. What it produced was an app we're proud of, the design is clean and feels premium rather than templated, the live chat works smoothly, and the reports render properly across devices. For a product where the experience is the offering, that polish matters more than it might for a straightforward utility app.

They delivered on time; they were brilliant.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Digiruu's prompt and efficient communication was impressive. They explained things really well and spent a lot of time going through things that must have been simple to them but difficult for us. They were very patient and continued to provide support after we had rolled out the new app which was very important to us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there weren't any.

The project was delivered across five phases: Discovery, Design, Project Initiation, Development & Testing, and Go Live.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Delivered a fully bespoke web-based assessment tool from discovery through to go-live across five project phases. Built and launched a 25-question interactive assessment designed to identify strengths, weaknesses and development needs. Implemented a scoring and segmentation approach that generated personalised outcomes and persona-based recommendations for users. Completed front-end and back-end development, API integration, system testing, functional testing and user acceptance testing before deployment. Delivered the project within a planned programme of approximately 10.5 weeks, covering discovery, design, development, testing and go-live. Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Digiruu managed the project in a structured and collaborative way, with clear phases, regular communication and defined milestones throughout delivery. The team was responsive to feedback and worked closely with us to refine requirements as the product developed. They were flexible when our needs evolved, particularly around the user experience, functionality and how the assessment results were presented. Issues and feedback were addressed quickly, and we felt involved throughout the process rather than simply being handed a finished product. Overall, the team was reliable, communicative and proactive, and they worked well with our internal team to keep the project moving towards launch.
What was your primary form of communication with Digiruu?
Virtual Meeting
Email or Messaging App
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What stood out most was Digiruu’s ability to combine strong technical capability with a real understanding of the user experience. They didn’t just build what was specified; they helped us think through how the tool should work for SME leaders and how to make a potentially complex assessment feel simple, engaging and intuitive. They were also highly collaborative and flexible throughout the process. As our thinking evolved, they were willing to adapt, challenge ideas constructively, and find practical solutions rather than taking a rigid delivery approach. That combination of technical expertise, responsiveness and genuine partnership is what made them stand out.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Digiruu could have done differently?
There were no significant areas for improvement from our perspective. The project was managed extremely well, communication was clear and responsive, and the team delivered exactly what we needed. We were very happy with both the process and the final outcome.

Digiruu helped a travel company design their app’s prototype on Figma, as well as their branding. Moreover, they conducted a discovery workshop to help them come up with an app marketing and launch strategy.
Digiruu’s workshop and designs have had a positive impact on the client’s launch efforts, as they now have great advice and materials to follow. The team was highly understanding and collaborative via Slack, Loom, and Figma. Moreover, they offered a human and lighthearted approach to the project.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a co-founder of a travel company. We're building a mobile app and web service to help travelers find more authentic travel experiences.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Digiruu?
My partner and I are both non-technical founders, so we hired Digiruu to guide us and give us a few insights regarding entering the technology industry. Our goal was to find out a bit more about how we could develop our product. Before getting in touch with them, we had done some UX design work ourselves, so we also wanted them to give our work a professional touch.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Digiruu helped us with many different aspects of our app launch, such as project management, app strategy, marketing, and more — they really did a lot of things for us to help us get started. The project consisted of a discovery and design workshop, which included scoping out the app, understanding our users and goals, and developing a roadmap for our MVP.
After gathering the high-level requirements and understanding what our product needed to be functional and successful, Digiruu went through a UI/UX design process. During this process, their designer used Figma to create different designs for the app and get our feedback. The final deliverable was a Figma clickable prototype of our app.
In addition to that, Digiruu taught us how the app development process needs to go. We also had some insightful discussions regarding who our target audience might be in the future and how that might impact what the design needs to do.
We came prepared for the project with some branding assets of our own. However, through this process, we realized that the existing branding didn't meet our product’s needs. Therefore, Digiruu also defined a new color scheme to follow, designed a new logo, and gave us a new name that we could use for our clickable prototype.
What is the team composition?
We primarily dealt with Aman (Founder), but we also worked with a project owner, a UI/UX designer, and a branding specialist.
How did you come to work with Digiruu?
We found them through Clutch. For the vetting process, we shortlisted several vendors we found on Clutch and got in touch with a few of them. Ultimately, we decided to hire Digiruu. During our first meeting, Aman told us a little bit about his story, and I could tell that he went into this industry because he was passionate about it and he enjoyed his work. That was what sold us, and we were very glad to choose them. We came out of that meeting feeling like they were people who knew what they were talking about.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent £20,000 (approximately $24,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in June 2022, and their workshop ended around December 2022. The project could have been shorter, but we needed to prepare additional materials for them, which slowed things down and delayed the project a bit. Thus, our project wasn’t representative of their services’ usual timeframe.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The most significant impact of Digiruu’s work was the great advice they gave us on how to keep going with our app in the future. Their team provided us with great materials to follow moving forward, which will help us craft business decks and understand more about our app strategy.
Overall, Digiruu definitely delivered more than they promised. For example, they showed us how user acquisition works and put us in contact with some great people. Additionally, the branding wasn't part of the original agreement, but they were kind enough to provide that.
We’re still in the initial phases of our project. However, we’ve been getting a lot of positive feedback from new interested parties, both in terms of our app strategy and our understanding of what we want to do. Thus, we’ve definitely seen a tangible positive change after our collaboration with Digiruu.
How did Digiruu perform from a project management standpoint?
Compared to other technology companies we’ve worked with in the past, Digiruu was great at staying in touch and keeping us in the loop about the project status. We communicated via Slack, which allowed us to stay in touch with their team easily and daily. Additionally, we communicated via email.
Digiruu sent most of the deliverables through Figma. Still, Aman occasionally sent Loom videos to explain the written documents that they provided. It was nice being able to watch his videos and have them as a resource in case we need to see the information again in the future.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Overall, having the opportunity to collaborate with Digiruu’s teammates was great. Based on our previous experience, most technology professionals are a bit too mechanical. However, Digiruu knew a lot about technology and was also great at communicating.
They provided a human touch and facilitated nice conversations that weren’t necessarily related to technical things. Moreover, Aman was funny and always kept things lighthearted, making him enjoyable to deal with. Overall, communicating with them was a pleasure.
In addition to that, Aman and the rest of his team were really really passionate about technology and mobile apps. Other service providers focus more on the business side of engagements, and they show little interest and passion in their work. However, we never felt this way while working with Digiruu.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There was nothing Digiruu could have done differently; they did a great job. If anything, we initially considered that their work wasn’t perfect. However, we learned from them that we didn’t have to be perfectionists. Instead, we needed to move quickly to get things done, try them, and gather feedback. At first, we wanted to spend more time on certain things to ensure we got them right, but thanks to them, we learned to be more efficient.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Contact Digiruu and engage in a conversation with Aman and his team. Don’t be afraid to explain your vision and goals because that's the best way of getting the most out of your collaboration. Although we were initially shy about explaining our project, when we met Digiruu, we realized we could just explain in simple words what we wanted to do. They were great at translating that into a real technical layout.

Digiruu is developing an iOS and Android application. They’ve progressed from wireframes and mockups to a functional MVP and now a live application. They work with Firebase and React Native for this project.
Measuring the performance of the application through the number of bugs present and the smoothness of development, the client is pleased with Digiruu’s work to date. The vendor’s flexibility around scope and timelines stands out, as does their desire to always improve their communication.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the founder and CEO of a company with a mobile app that helps professionals manage their contacts. The app acts as a social platform for professionals as well as traditional CRM.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Digiruu?
Theyact as our development company, implementing the designs we create in-house and building our products.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Digiruu has been responsible for developing several features for us, as well as building our MVP. To begin, we provided them with over 300 screens for the app and features. The app is for iOS and Android and is built in React Native. It also utilizes Firebase as a development platform.
Currently, the app is live in the Play Store and the App Store, and Digiruu is going to help us with our move into phase two, which will end with us owning a fully marketable product.
What is the team composition?
We work with their founders and CEO to some degree, but we mainly interact with a product manager. There are also 2–4 developers assigned to us, and we talk directly to them when we can.
How did you come to work with Digiruu?
What stood out about their team was that they combined the resources and talent of a larger agency with the attention you usually only get with a smaller firm. They gave us a lot of good insights into how to develop our product. We’ve never felt neglected with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested around $150,000–$200,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together since September 2020.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I would measure the success of the project by delivering on time within the scope and timeline of the original roadmap. Additionally, I’d consider how smoothly the app runs and how it performs regarding the number of bugs we see.
How did Digiruu perform from a project management standpoint?
Their communication is great. Digiruu’s team has been improving daily as we get to know each other more. As talented as a team may be, there need to be processes established to help them function as closely to an internal team as possible. It took us a bit of time to get there, but we’ve arrived. We communicate over Slack and Trello.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their proactivity and responsiveness stand out. Whenever we find a bug, their team jumps right on it. They care about us, which is a key plus of working with them. Additionally, they've been a big help in workshopping and editing our features along the way to ensure everything is prioritized properly.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There are often delays in development that aren’t in your control but Digiruu has improved in their communication and is always finding ways to improve their management of expectations.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Clearly define the scope of work and keep track of what's being done. Additionally, if there are changes to timelines, it’s important to adjust expectations accordingly. Understanding what is in and out of the developers’ control is key to managing disappointment.

We had an ambitious project in mind which required a huge degree of research and testing to essentially develop an app which was without precedent. Digiruu were involved from the beginning and managed our R&D, build, design and roll-out.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
After interviewing Digiruu as well as many other companies, the confidence we had in Aman and his team was the main driver for our decision, and we are very glad to have made the decision we did.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
After multiple discovery sessions and project scope meetings, Aman and the team needed to find solutions to complex problems, such as integration with Spotify and Apple Music in a seamless in-app experience. They helped refine the design and look of the app with us and even helped develop our aesthetic branding. Their team had a diverse and detailed knowledge of multiple languages, platforms and integrations which allowed us to utilise a varied approach to the build. The team did not stop development and testing until our very specific standards and expectations were met.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We had a project manager who worked directly with us, as well as constant communication and regular meetings with Aman. A shared Slack channel allowed us to communicate directly with specific members of the dev team when needed.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Digiruu created an app which has integrations with platforms and services which we have not seen in the market before. This alone is a huge achievement, and the result of countless hours of research and testing from their team.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Communication was never a problem with Digiruu. The team were always super responsive and available whenever we needed them, via Slack, email and phone calls. And the odd lunch of course. When there was a new challenge to face, I was sure each time that the team were doing whatever they could to create the desired outcome for my company.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Any company which can deliver what they promised, within timeframe and budget with clear and consistent communication, as well as being pro-active about ideas and development opportunities is a good company. Digiruu is a great company.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I wouldn't ask for anything to be done differently.

A climate group hired Digiruu to develop an app for over 500 events. The team managed the backend development, integrated a complex integration with the website, and ensured the quality of content.
The app makes it easier for audiences to search which of the 500 events are available. The Digiruu team works diligently to add value to the client's business with slick and strong outcomes and a notable knowledge of the client's space.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I head up Climate Week NYC, the largest international climate event of its kind which takes place every year in New York City. Climate Week NYC is organized by the Climate Group, and international non profit that seeks to tackle climate change. I also lead on Communications for the Climate Group in North America
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Digiruu, and what were your goals?
Climate Week NYC brings together over 500 events every year that the broader NYC community can engage in. These cover ten climate related themes and be anything from artistic events, panels or educational opportunities. We wanted to make it easier for our audiences to search what events were available to allow even more people to take climate action as part of the week and felt that an app would be a useful way of doing this.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We had limited budget and this was a new area for us, so we needed an agency that could tell us what we needed, guide us through the process, whilst sticking to tight budgets and deadlines. We received a recommendation for Digiruu and found them to be very engaging and proactive. I also like that they invested in a free initial meeting with no obligation that made me feel confident that they knew what we needed and they had the tools to make it happen. I also liked their approach to cost where they felt much more driven by our needs than by spending money on services that wouldn't have been of benefit to us.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We had a complex integration piece with the website, to save resource we wanted the app to take the information directly from the website on an ongoing basis and include checks and balances to ensuring the quality of the content. We also has specific demands on brand and communications, which we embedded into the work in detail. After scoping the work the team took on the backend exploration of this integration and gave us regular feedback sessions to talk through the solutions and what they meant. They also came to us with ideas as to how we could improve the app.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with the Aman, their founder, and Mel, their developer, throughout the project. I was impressed how both supported us through the process every step of the way and that our needs were considered fully at Digiruu.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
I was impressed by the amount of downloads in our first year which went into the high thousands and something that I did not feel possible in our first year. Their adaptability to our communications needs also allowed us to sell advertising through the app which helped fund our work.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The team provide regular updates on zoom and use Slack to follow up on specific questions. Whilst the team my end had more in depth experience I am aware from my end that the process was always seen as clear, efficient and highly effective. The were very flexible on our needs, which was very helpful. They were very responsive to small things with immediate need.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I think they delivered what we asked and provided a huge amount of added value. I would easily recommend them to others, the process was very slick and the outcomes were strong. Their knowledge of apps is high. This allowed us, as people new to the space, to feel we were getting the best advice.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Can't think of any at this stage.

Digiruu developed an app for a digital agency that allows users to engage with sustainable businesses around the clock. They also created a pitch deck and API.
Although communication could be better, Digiruu's main strength is in their understanding of timelines. Overall, they’re highly recommended. They helped the client achieve over 1,000 downloads so far. They have a friendly and helpful team that maintained communication on a daily basis.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
Communications officer leading on digital and social for Climate Week NYC.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Digiruu, and what were your goals?
We wanted to develop an app that could allow our users to engage with Climate Week NYC. This mainly included a list of events and their details, as well as listings of sustainable businesses around New York City.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched through awards sites for app developers and found Digiruu. We went through a stringent process comparing 4-5 developers, considering costs, engagement from their team with the project, and the pitch deck.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We gave them our branding and guidelines, and shared the information on the website which would need to be reflected in the app. We also discussed several other factors with them including sponsor and partner positioning, searchability. We also later on included an API with our website.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We had a project manager, a designer, and semi-regular contact with the CEO for the wider discussion on strategy and progress.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
1,000 downloads in first year.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Very friendly team and helpful. Project manager took on the day to day and the senior team helped with our wider vision.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They're really enthusiastic and good at translating the complex stuff for us who don't know their field of expertise.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Slightly better communication on timelines sometimes, although not a major issue.

Digiruu is building a mobile app prototype for a digital workout startup. The vendor will also be maintaining the platform with continual testing and updates.
Digiruu has been able to design a platform that is easy to understand. They are consistent and honest throughout a casual communication process, thanks to the client's insistence on a personable approach. The client also appreciates their awareness of current app trends.
The client submitted this review online.
BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the founder of Push Partner, the app that connects people with their optimum workout partner to boost motivation, performance and results.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Digiruu, and what were your goals?
The goal was to reach product market fit, stripping back the proposed concept to its origin, ensuring the functionality was both essential and effective in connecting users with workout partners.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
They specialise in startup businesses, such as mine, whereas many developers work with much larger organisations. I therefore felt that we shared an attitude of enterprise, growth and development, keeping far away corporate bureaucracy. Cost was another significant factor, as they were much more competitive than offers I had from larger app developers.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Exploring the concept, stripping away any dead wood, building a prototype, developing the prototype with testing, going live, maintenance of the app and continued updates.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Aman and Mel are my two key contacts.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Early on, the Digiruu team came back to me with a prototype design of Push Partner which was essential in making the concept tangible and therefore easy to understand what we needed for MVP.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Communication mainly goes through Slack where we also organise video calls. Communication style is informal but honest and trustworthy, which is aligned with my original ambition to work with an organisation that is personable rather than corporate.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their speed of consistency of communication. They provide honest and trustworthy advice and feedback for the client's propositions. Their awareness of current market app trends.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Perhaps a bit more communication during the course of app development and updates - however I also have a responsibility to request information from them, and as I trust that they have my best intentions at heart, I'm quite happy to let them get on with it without me disturbing their professional workflow.

App Design and Development
Everything from working out what to build, through to a finished app in the store. Every app starts with a Blueprint, where we decide what it needs to do and why. Design comes next, every screen and every state. Then our own team builds it. Upgrading later only costs the difference, never the full price again.

Our Story
Hey! I'm Aman. I started Digiruu because I failed a pharmacy exam.
Eight months spare, one app idea, and it hit number one in the App Store's Educational Games category.
Friends started asking how. I helped, built a network, qualified as a pharmacist - then launched my own agency.
Fast forward 10 years. We've won awards. We've been rated the #1 app agency in London and the UK.
Our vision? To create tech that changes the world.

What Sets Us Apart
We've been on your side of the table
Digiruu started because our founder had an app idea, no code, and paid an agency to build it. So we know exactly what it feels like to hand over money and hope. It's why we say the hard thing in week one instead of after the invoice, and why we'll tell you when an idea won't work.
You know the cost before you commit
Discovery and Design are fixed price, agreed up front - not billed by the hour. So you find out exactly what you're building and see every screen designed for a known number, before spending anything on a build. Development is then monthly, so you can change direction or stop whenever you need to.
We do the thinking before the designing
Product strategists sit with designers from day one, so you get a spec, user stories and flows before anyone opens Figma. Clients arrive with a feature list and leave with a shorter, sharper one. And the spec is yours - it works even if you take it elsewhere.
