We had an idea and needed to find a partner who could help in building prototype and working MVP fast. We found Digipal's team very competent, efficient, and committed to helping us in bringing our idea into presentable MVP.

For us, the "doer mindset" was essential, along with the experienced team who could onboard quickly and deliver the scope with top quality. A sales representative from Digipal has showcased great organizational skills and the ability to gather the right fit team for the project in no time - that was off to a great start!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

For us, time and quality were two crucial components. Digipal's team has provided great project management and code quality that's always on time! This helped us launch the project with respect to the upfront estimated timeline topped with the great quality.

They were working in Scrum & Agile project management model. If I remember correctly, they have defined 2 weeks long sprints (as the most efficient setup for our project). They were using Jira for backlog management and sprint planning; Emails and Slack for communication and Zoom for standups and other recurring meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Perhaps one of the best things is that the agency is not huge (they had circa 30-35 people back then) and it allows to have quick decision-making, great customer success, and the ability to have a fair share of attention by C-level people, which has been a great added layer of security for us as a client.

I’m the co-founder of Swapkaart, a digital business card platform that enables users to instantly share contact information and social media links via NFC technology.

What challenge were you trying to address with Digipal?

We needed to find specialized experts in software development to help us develop new features on the Swapkaart platform and be part of our team.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Digipal provided us with the software development experts we needed. With their help, we managed to develop new frontend features for our platform using React and Tailwind CSS to create complex tables and forms.

What is the team composition?

We worked with two teammates from Digipal.

We found Digipal through a referral. The team responded quickly and in great detail to my request. They were also very flexible when we had to make changes on the go.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March–June 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were satisfied with Digipal’s services. The new features on the Swapkaart platform led to a higher customer score. We received positive feedback from users, who were happy with the mobile-responsive UX.

Digipal’s project management was excellent. We had monthly meetings for retrospectives and weekly updates via email.

We were able to deliver the project in time, but the data wasn't ready. But afterwards the project was perfectly maintainable while we were getting ready for the real launch.

Client satisfaction with the development progress. Good communication of the developer with the team on and outside the project.

Communication is on a very high level. Fast and clear, but also very friendly as you would expect from a partner. They are also asking for feedback and what can they do better. If we have an inquiry, the response is within a day and always according to our needs.
