I had a design ready to be developed by Devima. Devima presented me with a quote and timeline and 3 references which all came back with honour. After a kickoff they started the development and kept me updated on Slack with a bi-weekly demo on the progress. They were able to think for themselves and involve me with relevant to validate their recommendations or throughly explain whatI had to do. Whenever I had a question Devima was quick to respond, no matter the time and day.

They took on development of the existing custom CRM based on Symphony framework on PHP. Tasks included creating new modules such as well as extending current functionalities.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Their main feat was developing a complicated invoicing system that included multi-layered pricing logic based on many variables. This CRM module allowed our client to automate invoice generation and sending. It would be hard to calculate the increase in client productivity, but it definitely was substantial.

We communicated directly with lead developer, used Slack and Trello as PM tools. Work was done based on specifications provided by us. Their communication was always timely and constructive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were able to learn the existing codebase and become productive really fast. This is sometimes hard when working with legacy code. I am highly impressed.

At times, they underestimated the time needed for certain tasks, but did their best compensating it with hard work and dedication.

Nope, our experience with them was great. We spent a lot of time evaluating hundreds of different software development companies on Clutch and decided to go with Devima Solutions. We're glad we went with them. Highly recommended.

High flexibility to find pragmatic solutions for change requests and problems we discovered. Overall, they had a good understanding of our priorities and deadlines.

They focused on implementing things as close as possible to the mockups. In some cases there were issues with the design and we would have appreciated more proactive addressing of those issues.

They developed the entire website to React. The front end and back end are made by seniors engineers. Although they setup the backend on AWS.
