Additionally, their developers are in an actual office and are provided with a private room and webcam, so we can discuss projects directly with the individuals we're working with.

Web development and consulting for multiple various projects of our clients and ourselves.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to deliver high-quality products for our clients and we needed a reliable and flexible vendor to do so. Being very focused on the quality of the services ourselves we required the same expertise and level of commitment from the vendor.

How did you select this vendor?

I happened to work together with the CEO of DevBrother Yurii on smaller projects before and he proved himself as a brilliant expert with outstanding work ethic. Later we have tried to work with other vendors as well, but no one worked for us as good as DevBrother.

DevBrother provided us full-cycle development services and consulting. They have an amazing team of developers with very diverse focus and that lets them provide a full analysis of the technical problem and suggest the most optimal solution. They are very open giving tech advice and really care about the success of the client's project rather than their own benefit.

What was the team composition?

Besides around 30 people of the core team, DevBrother has unlimited access to all kinds of high-level IT professionals in Kharkiv and Ukraine due to their Coworking space and huge local network. It's really their powerful advantage, and we benefited from it many times.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

I cannot even imagine how far behind would we be without the support of DevBrother. They are extremely reliable and resourceful. Many times they literally rescued our projects, working with tight deadlines and all kinds of technical challenges. This team is priceless.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Depending on the project my team and I communicated either with the CEO or CTO or directly with developers involved in the project. Everyone from DevBrother is so nice to talk to! We never had any conflict, misunderstanding, or even a simple dislike with anyone from the DevBrother team. The PM and communication tools they use vary from client to client. They are very open and adjustable. We particularly used Skype, Slack, Emails, Hangouts, Jira, Telegram.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Two things: their commitment and resources. DevBrother CEO Yurii has exceptional work ethics and a system of values that allow him to deliver great service. He appreciates people's relationships and always protecting the client's interests. His approach is personalized and he is developing the most optimal solutions considering all the aspects of the client's situation. Yurii also owes the Coworking space. This together with his broad network gives him access to the best professionals in the city.
