We liked their theme, graphics and logo design. They have a modern style of design which we liked a lot. We are sick of old-style graphics and themes that won't help you get more business these days. We are glad we hired them.

They are good at project management. As per the contract we only had two revisions to go with, but they let us revise it 4 times with NO extra cost.

Their project management skills were great. Everything was delivered on time. To communicate, we mainly use phone calls.

When I told Designo what I wanted, they understood exactly what I meant. I didn’t show them any pictures — I simply described my ideas, and they gave me exactly what I wanted.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I had to pay them even for the smallest fixes that I needed to make. It would’ve been better if they offered to fix some things for me without additional charges.
