As the Senior Social Media Associate at Physician's Choice, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Designity for about a year now, and they have been nothing short of phenomenal. Since I joined, they played a crucial role in bringing our influencer PR boxes to life at the start of 2024, and starting in April, they’ve been instrumental in igniting our social media presence, particularly on Instagram.

Their support has helped us transform our Instagram from good to great. We’ve now shifted to monthly batch content production, complete with copy, and this shift has been a game-changer for us. A bit more proactive guidance during project kickoff would help streamline the process even further.

That said, once projects were underway, communication was excellent and any adjustments we needed were handled quickly and professionally. The team is receptive to feedback and clearly focused on improving the client experience.
