This project started with a blank slate  no template, no structure, just my content and a rough vision of what I wanted the website to feel like. The Design Alligators team helped me shape everything from the ground up. They began by learning about my brand, my audience, and how I wanted people to feel when they landed on the site. From there, they created the full site map, design concepts, and a custom WordPress build that matched my tone and personality perfectly. 
Key deliverables included: 

Brand-aligned website design and layout

Integration of all content, images, and calls to action 
Responsive design for desktop and mobile

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I now have a fully functioning, beautiful website that finally reflects who I am and what my business stands for. The design, structure, and messaging all work together to tell my story clearly and confidently.

Since launching, I’ve received consistent feedback from clients and colleagues saying the site feels exactly like me  professional, warm, and trustworthy. It’s also made a huge difference in how I show up online. I finally have a link I’m proud to share, and it’s helped me build credibility with prospective clients and partners.

The process also gave me clarity around my brand voice and visuals, which now guide all of my marketing and presentations. So even beyond the website itself, this project laid the foundation for everything I’m building next.

Their project management was top-notch. Every part of the process was organized, transparent, and ahead of schedule. They communicated clearly, set realistic timelines, and always delivered when they said they would.

What stood out most was how responsive and engaged they were. Any time I had a question or request, they got back to me quickly and with solutions  not excuses. They kept me in the loop at every stage, from design drafts to technical updates, so I always knew where things stood. It felt like a true collaboration from start to finish.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most was how deeply they took the time to understand me  not just my business or my content, but who I am and what I was trying to express through my brand. I didn’t have a clear vision of what I wanted the website to look like, but they listened so accurately and so intentionally that what they delivered was actually better than what I could have described myself.

They captured the voice, energy, and essence of my brand in a way that felt effortless and completely aligned. It was more beautiful, more “me,” and more strategic than anything I could have imagined. That level of insight and care is rare  and that’s what made this experience truly incredible.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Design Alligators could have done differently?

Honestly, no  there wasn’t anything I’d change. Throughout the process, we collaborated so well that any small tweaks or preferences were handled in real time. We were able to give each other feedback openly, adjust when needed, and stay fully aligned on the goal.

I am the owner of a newly launched eCommerce jacket store named Taylor jon.

For what projects/services did your company hire Design Alligators?

I wanted to build an eCommerce store for my jacket brand named Taylor Jon. I hired Design Alligators to build me an eCommerce website where I could showcase my products and my customers could make an online purchase.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I saw their ad campaign on Facebook and visited their website. Found it to be promising and I reached out. Got a quote for my website and started up with the project.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Initially, I had a brief meeting with a customer support representative and explained how and why I want my eCommerce store. Later, I had a phone call with the project manager and he handled the rest of the stuff. Also, I was in contact with the team throughout the website-building process and guided them on what is working and what i want to change.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In total, a team of 5 worked on my project. 1 project manager, 2 website developers, 1 website designer, and 1 customer support.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I loved the design and wanted my website to be the same. I am glad the project manager ensured every feedback i gave.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was fine, I was in contact with the project manager via WhatsApp and we used to chat almost daily regarding the progress of my eCommerce store.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by the honesty, and patience of this team. I am a picky guy so I tend to change a lot of stuff. Never did they complain or whatever, I am glad to have found them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Overall, no. however, they should improve in one thing only they should work on weekends too. I know I might sound demanding here, but that would help pace up the project.
