We took off with an SEO audit and overall strategy. Then they started building the backlinks and working on the site contents. Delante helped us restructure our site in order to maximize SEO. After that we partnered in content creation. We provided blog posts, they kept optimizing them. I receive monthly reports on how many backlinks and on-site changes are done.

I cooperate with one SEO specialist who acts like a project manager but is my only contact point. I know that there are few junior people involved who supply backlinks and content. We also worked with their Dev Team once in order to fix some major technical issues.

We have grown from 0 traffic to several thousands visit a month. Organic visits are the majority of the overall traffic. It generates sales leads that are processed by our sales team.

We work on emails mostly. Phone calls once a month. We met in person once, after a year of our cooperation. Our contact person is extremely responsive.

Later on they were working on many technical changes (internal linking, product pages optimization). I have built the page by myself and it is based on custom CMS. Since our page noticed some very dangerous fall in Google positions, due to badly carried out process of data migration from the old version of the page to the new one, Delante helped to increase the visibility of our website. During the whole process we cooperated in tasks and had some very useful tips that tought us a lot.

How did you select this vendor?

Word of mouth worked quite well in this case. We mainly relied on the recommendations of our friends, that cooperated with Delante previously and vere very happy and satisfied with their services.

First Delante had to analyse all problems and learn the history of our online store. After audit some basic changes were implemented, including UX. With some tasks we cooperated, some were run only by the Agency. During the whole process, all position changes were observed and analysed.

We also received tips on how we can increase the visibility of the site on our own, as a complementary activity to Delante's own tasks. Now, after rebuilding the position and regaining old sales, we move to the next stage: increasing the amount of sold items.

We worked with one senior SEO specialist from the beggining. She is coordinating our project in her team. Communication was (and still is) very good, all doubts are cleared. I believe that this structure of the company works well for us.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Many of our products are in top 3, top 10 in google searches. Traffic on the page increased. I expected sales to be a bit higher, but I guess the problem could be located somewhere deeper, and this is what we are going to work on for the next months.

Communication with Delante is clear and easy. We manly communicate via email, sometimes phone calls were needed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I appreciate knowledge and openness of the young team that works there. What is more - transparency is very important to me when it comes to business. We have all that provided with Delante.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The only thing I missed was an assessment of progress over longer periods and a proposal to extend the scope of activities in terms of SEO. On the other hand, however, it might be rated unfavorably by someone ealse (this is why this area of improvement is suggested from my perspective).

Nevertheless, I missed some summary reports after a long period of time with recommendations. We have received monthly reports, but sometimes it is good to have a broader perspective.
