Getting to know each other in videocalls. Kichoff meeting with detailed questions about my ideas and my delivered designs and UX ideas. DecodeUp took a few days to build a detailed project flow, then discussed it with me and got to work. Regular exchange about queries.

There are things they could have done differently and things I could have done differently. It's about finding and building a common ground, getting to know each other and coordinating - that was possible and we found each other because both parties wanted to work together efficiently and well.
