They created the user interface for our restaurant reservation app, which connects to our program through an API to retrieve all of the real data. They worked on ReactjS native apps for iOS and Android.

We knew exactly what we wanted in terms of functionality and concept. They assisted us with the wireframes and layout, which we started from scratch. Since the app's release, Cyboticx has assisted with maintenance and new features.

Excellent user feedback regarding the functionality of the app has been received. There are currently 40,000 users. Restaurants adore it.

Salespeople for our clients use the Veeva platform as a marketing tool. When they meet with a client, they can use a tablet to access all the information and marketing materials they require. They can take notes, monitor consumption, and access market regulations. 

The creative work is finished and approved by a regulatory body before we bring Cyboticx in. They move materials onto the Veeva platform, which is a fairly simple task. High-resolution PDFs and other visual content that must be programmed into the appropriate language in order to function in Veeva are typically referred to as source files. After that, they check sure the functioning is correct and smooth out the look.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Even though the initial project had a strict deadline, Cyboticx managed to produce exactly what the client wanted on schedule and within budget. Since then, Veeva has met or exceeded our budgets and deadlines for each project. It's difficult to find someone that can perform such tasks and who regularly produces on time or ahead of schedule, but our clients are really pleased with their work. I like Cyboticx's diligence in meeting deadlines because it is crucial to both our clients and ourselves.

We can connect with a few dozen folks via a Skype group or Slack channel. During our first assignment, we spent a lot of time on Skype and making phone calls to get to know one another. Since we feel more at ease with one another, texting is now our go-to method of communication, whether it be via Telegram, WhatsApp, Skype, or email. Additionally, I receive frequent updates on their timeline status. Working with their team is a breeze.

The things that most impress me are their promptness and responsiveness. Bluegrass Digital excels at projecting how long a task will take and completing it on schedule or even ahead of schedule. Not all vendors are able to deliver on time, but many are able to stay within budget. Timeliness is crucial in my line of work; thus, I value their commitment.

The scope of work was divided on two main parts: creation of a high-quality prototype builder for our product and design and webflow integration for our website. The first one consisted of UX audit, analysis and design proces (creating a layout for the application, creating consistency, making sure the system communicates properly, creating a library of simple components). 

The second one was focused on revamping UI of the home page and subpages on the basis on visual solutions developed elements of our existing branding, and supplementing the UI Library with new assets.
