CyberOptik was one of several companies that our previous web hosting company suggested as they were leaving the business by September 2025. Our previous company was PiperWebs, a small company that had several NH libraries as clients. CyberOptik provided a template that closely looked like we already had but with Wordpress features we did not.

CyberOptik did deliver our new website and hosting solution in a timely manner. They had several other library websites that were also being moved to them so I was impressed with how well they handled our move, were able to respond to our requests for colors, banner sizes and an addition of images carousel on the front page.  I was also impressed with how well they moved over all of our images from our last website and were able to update the test website with the changes we had made while we were implementing and meeting.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found the integrations very good and informative. When I had a question they answered it. I was also very appreciative of their explanation to other staff members on DNS and webhosting. We had some changes that I was quite happy they made for us as we worked through the initial implentation.

Are there any areas for improvement or something CyberOptik could have done differently?

The final training was difficult. They spent a good portion of the time talking about ADA requirements which was informative but I was not prepared to start editing the site at all when it went live. It also went live within 2 days of our training so I had little time to login, look around and compose my questions on how to edit or update images etc. While ADA was important to cover and we learned alot, I felt that it should be its own training session and not take up the learning how to navigate etc. Thankfully support was helpful in getting me going when the site went live and I was asked to update items ASAP.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The goal of creating a great looking website that matched the theme of the book, with a simple, easy to navigate format was provided in a short time and to the exact requirements I was looking for and wanted on my site.

The project management was perfect. I met with Ron Johnson for my initial meeting to describe the project and what I wanted for my website. After that intitial discussion, I was asssigned a project leader who reached out to me for a meeting via zoom. After that zoom meeting, a detalied email was sent to me about the steps that CyberOptik would take moving forward and the information I needed to provide. Very soon after I provided the information to CyberOptik, a "mock" website was provided to me that was in near perfect form. I sent a couple of minor changes/tweaks that I wanted to see on the site, and those changes were made in very short order. After that, the website met all my expectations, and it went live.  The whole project ran smoothly from start to finish.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

CyberOptik created and designed my law firm's website which needed a certain professional look and feel whereas the website they created for my Children's Book called Bumpy Horsey needed to have a fun and creative look with easy navigation for users to purchase the book. The ability to create effective websites in two (2) distinct styles was very impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something CyberOptik could have done differently?

No areas of improvement were needed nor are recommended from me with respect to this project.

Our current website host, PiperWebs, announced they will be sunsetting their service later this year. We also needed to update our website to be ADA-compliant, so we looked to CyberOptik to oversee our new website design/development and provide new hosting services. CyberOptik met with the library director and staff through Zoom to discuss these priorites and they gave us a timeline of when to expect what updates, forms to submit the necessary assets (logos, graphics, etc), as well as provide one free round of feedback when presented with a demo of the updated website. When it was ready for launch, we had another Zoom meeting as CyberOptik guided us through the process of updating and maintaining our new website as well as contact information for live service support.

Our new website is up and running without issue. It is ADA-compliant without sacrificing any of the content from our old website, and it is designed intuitively and visually pleasing.

I’m the principal of a law firm. I started my legal practice about 30 years ago and started my law firm in June 2024.

I needed help to design and develop my website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

CyberOptik has designed and developed my WordPress website from scratch. I've given the team direction regarding what I was looking for and how I wanted the site to be formatted, and CyberOptik has presented me with a prototype. We've gone back and forth on some tweaks. The website is purely informational and doesn’t take any information from users; it includes my contact information, and users can call me if someone wants to inquire about me representing them. CyberOptik suggested not to deposit any cookies on the site. CyberOptik also offers hosting and maintenance.  

What is the team composition?

I work with 3–4 teammates from CyberOptik, including Ron and Guillermo.

How did you come to work with CyberOptik?

I found them through a Google search. I went to their website, which gave me a lot of information about their company. Then, I had a call with Ron and felt comfortable after speaking with him.

We’ve spent around $2,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

CyberOptik has been a great resource. They designed and set the site functionalities to exactly what I was looking for. We haven't experienced any bugs. The website is live, and I’m pleased with it. CyberOptik has been tremendous, and their customer service is exemplary. They’ve met my expectations, and I’m perfectly satisfied with them. CyberOptik is easy to work with and has understood what I was looking for immediately. CyberOptik is knowledgeable. 

How did CyberOptik perform from a project management standpoint?

CyberOptik's project management is good. The team responds promptly to my questions and communicates through phone calls, emails, Zoom, and Google Meet.

I want to highlight Guillermo and Ron.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with CyberOptik's responsiveness and their ability to take care of my needs. They’re cost-effective and responsive, and they’re an excellent outfit.

I can't think of any improvements for CyberOptik.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be responsive to CyberOptik because they'll be responsive to you. I could've improved my responsiveness to the team because there were things they couldn't move forward with until I answered their questions.

The goal was for non-members to be able to find a simple way to join HBRAI and for current members to be able to quickly find information that they wanted. The website was also created to be user friendly for employees to update quickly and frequently.

Yes. They have been speedy when we have questions. There may have been a few gaps that were not filled in when they were giving us a tutorial on how to update information but responses have been helpful and they have made adjustments that we have struggled to figure out on our own.

Cyberoptik designed a site that incorporated our new company name and logo.  We were spun off at at the end of September and Cyberoptik made sure we had a website to show the world.  Cyberoptik provided all the graphic design elements, while we worked with them on the copy.  They provided a site with the ability to support our blog, digital marketing campaigns, and email marketing campaigns.

The website and forms needed to be available and tell our story.  We are a new company, so we had to craft our look and messaging to expain who we are and what we do.

Cyberoptik had a dedicated Project Manager who was very responsive.  He made it easy to give feedback and discuss our requirements.

Cyberoptik turned around a fully functional corporate website in a short amount of time.  They also cost less than all the other firms who gave us bids.

I’m the Director of the Adlerian Practice & Scholarship Center at Adler University, a bi-national university with campuses in Chicago and Vancouver, Canada.

What challenge were you trying to address with CyberOptik?

We had a bulky, dull WordPress website developed about 10 years ago. The website crashed in the summer of 2023, and we discovered it wasn’t backed up. As a result, we lost about 80% of the data and decided it was an opportunity to build a new site.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

CyberOptik has designed and built a new WordPress website for us and created how-to videos to train us to use the site. The team has developed a large, new architecture and migrated whatever we had left on the old site, including data, information, images, and a little bit of its structure. They also provide maintenance and hosting services, and from November 12th to December 12th, they're helping fix any bugs or glitches that occur. I'm not hands-on with the site; I only observe.

What is the team composition?

We've worked with 5–6 people from CyberOptik, including the owner. One person assigned to us is responsible for building most of the site.

How did you come to work with CyberOptik?

Around a year ago, we asked our IT department to scout for companies with the budget we had at the time. They came up with a couple of options, and we had meetings and interviewed a few companies. We ended up choosing CyberOptik because it was a match, felt right, and had references.

What is the status of this engagement?

We've been working together since April 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

CyberOptik has delivered an aesthetically pleasing, high-quality site that functioned as intended and met our expectations; it looks much better than our previous one. The how-to videos are fabulous.

How did CyberOptik perform from a project management standpoint?

The team meets deadlines and stays on budget, and we communicate often through emails and virtual Zoom and Google Meet meetings. The team is responsive in making changes, willing to acknowledge shortcomings, and open.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Ron and Warren are great. They've spent hours training our team, students, and faculty members. They answer all our questions and demonstrate fabulously, and we feel cared for.

We are impressed with the training and demonstration part; it was done very well.

Everything has to be completed properly to obtain high-ranking speeds for reasonable keyphrases. This included every variable of each component in the stack that CyberOptik chooses and uses. Even with the proper foundations, it takes a level of skill and experience that few obtain. The speeds that CyberOptik has brought to our web presence has such impressive speeds and responsiveness, they are truly off the charts.

The site was built in stages with set goals and milestones. There was plenty of open communication and dialogue pertaining to revisions and recommendations. CyberOptik met all of their deadlines and we were able to get a functional website completed and launched within our expected time frame.

CyberOptik went through their process with us at the start of the project, and they were able to adhere to their schedule throughout the process. 

The only delays that occurred were on our end trying to review their drafts and provide them with the information they required to proceed. They were very understanding of our occasional slow response, and were very helpful when we had questions about how to handle certain options with design or content. In each case where we had questions, we were provided with answers in a very timely manner (same day, or following morning).

There was a lot of communication throuhgout the process, and I always knew who to contact with questions. They had plenty of examples to show us for various design options, and had even helped us come up with a simple, more cost effective option for our interactive page.

I was very impressed with CyberOptik right from the start. I wasn't sure what to expect through this process, but they were able to lay everything out at the start, and guide us through the process in a simple and logical manner. I don't have any recommendations for improvement at this time.
