We needed a support to develop/redesign one of our products and we needed a team that can, not only provide the coding services, but also share the experience and help us to achieve our goals by continuously improving the code and the internal processes.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have received an email from one of the team members and we have schedule a meeting where I was doing the interview. At that moment I wasn't ready for the interview so when explaining what we need I made few statements that didn't have much sense. All the questions I was asked and logic behind the questions were so exciting and I knew that we are talking to the right people.

Project that we are working on is an application that is solving many different problems in the sales process of the complex products. That includes development of the new features and modules, as well as redesign of the existing features and modules. It includes activities on back end and on the front end. Technologies used are: PHP/Laravel, MySQL, NextJS

There are two people, software developer and junior software developer.

Requested features and functionalities were developed in a fast and accurate manner.

With us being in the middle of migration between different PM tools, work with Cyanic Lab is great because they are flexible and project oriented. They are proactive and very accurate with the timelines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Cyanic Lab is not just the service delivery company. They actively participated in the brainstorming, and produced very creative and great solutions. They acted as they are part of the company and cared that we do things properly and in the most optimized way.

no that I can see at the moment

We needed to create a custom website solution for a client that allowed the client to make learning resources available to subscribers and enable the creation of those resources by contributors.

I had worked with members of Cyanic prior to this job becoming available and was very impressed with their expertise and willingness to go the extra mile when required

To begin with Cyanic had no experience of working with headless CMS, however they upskilled very quickly and were able to create a first iteration based on the project brief in a very short time. Multiple iterations have been completed as the client made changes and the site is now ready to go live.

Very professional, willing to listen, good command of English and committed to completing the job, HIGHLY recommend working with them

I'd say a more structured communication time for updates BUT generally, when we couldn't communicate it was more my fault than theirs

Our client's eCommerce site was over six years old. Due to missing in-house developers, we hired a developer from Cyanic Lab to help implement the UI and backend part of the application together with our in-house developer. The goals were to implement functionalities of the current application, separate UI and backend to make further development easier and make UI lightning fast and modern.

The vendor contacted us directly. Experience and communication skills were significant factors.

The vendor joined the ongoing project. The developer was given a short introduction to the application. Work was given as JIRA tickets. Key deliverables have been backend and frontend task implementations. Our technologies are PHP Lumen Laraval, React and MySQL.

One person as a developer.

The application is still developing, but the deliverables have been excellent.

We had an interview together with their team and decided to go with them based on my own experience in tech.

How did you select Cynaic Lab and what were the deciding factors?

We meet in a confluence and decided to give a try.

We need to build a dashboard with customized chart and filtering function over an experimental backend api. We used React for the frontend and charting is done in d3. The experimental backend is in GraphQL and we used urql as client.

We have 1 developer from Cyanic Lab with us.

Due to the nature of prototyping, the goal and scope changes during the project. However, Cyanic Lab managed to stay in line with us and deliver.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was good, we have short daily meetings and Cyanic Lab is flexible with the meeting schedule.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Good communication with decent code quality.

Not much, we only had a pretty short collaboration, but we are interested in future collaborations.

This is an ongoing development project, but I can say we been able to add most features we required on this project to date.

We have been using Skype, and Google Docs as the primary tools. This enabled very fast responses on any requests

They are professional, good listeners, and offer good comments about requests, and committed to finishing the project. Great guys overall.

We started this project with another internal team. That team should have had a much better projection, scope of work and diagram, to better manage the overall projects communication and features
