Cubitrek partnered with MindKeepr as a full-scope digital growth and product partner, covering the following:

AI Product Development: Built the MVP with a dedicated development team, engineered to a standard suitable for presentation in investment rounds.

Product Launch: Managed the full go-to-market launch with all core features shipped and live.

Website Design & Copywriting: Designed the website and wrote all on-site copy to reflect MindKeepr's positioning as a knowledge retention and governed-AI memory platform.

Branding: Delivered full brand identity, including visual identity and brand guidelines.

SEO / AEO / GEO: Executed technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, and AI search visibility (AEO/GEO) work, backed by ongoing content publishing. This drove a 100% increase in organic traffic, placed 70% of target keywords on page one, and lifted engagement rate by 35%.

Social Media Marketing: Ran ongoing marketing campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn.

Email Marketing: Built and managed an automated email marketing pipeline.

Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Supported client acquisition efforts and onboarding processes for MindKeepr's own customers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

SEO: +100% increase in organic traffic 70% of target keywords ranking on page one +35% increase in engagement rate

Social Media: +100% increase in followers +70% increase in mentions +50x increase in engagement

Beyond the metrics, successfully designed and launched MindKeepr's website, built quality backlinks on high-authority domains, and established an omnichannel digital presence that built the brand's authority from the ground up.

Cubitrek's project management was structured and reliable throughout. They consistently delivered on agreed timelines, from the MVP build to the final launch, and kept us updated at every stage without us having to chase for status. Whenever we had new requirements or shifted priorities, the team adapted quickly and communicated clearly on what the changes would mean for scope and delivery. They were responsive, proactive in flagging issues before they became problems, and easy to reach whenever we needed a quick turnaround. Overall, it felt less like a vendor relationship and more like an extension of our own team.

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What impressed us most about Cubitrek was how they combined technical AI development with full-stack marketing under one roof. It's rare to find a team that can build an investor-ready MVP and then turn around and run SEO, AEO/GEO, branding, and social media with the same level of precision. They approached MindKeepr's growth holistically, connecting product, brand, and marketing into one coherent strategy instead of treating them as separate workstreams. Their AI-first approach to search and content visibility also stood out, since it positioned us ahead of the curve on how discovery is shifting toward AI-driven search rather than just traditional SEO.

Honestly, it's hard to point to anything major. If anything, in the earlier stages we would have liked slightly more frequent check-ins during the AI development phase, just to stay closer to the technical decisions being made. Once we raised that, though, Cubitrek adjusted their reporting cadence right away and it hasn't been an issue since.
