Creative People undertook initially to support our internal IT department with daily maintenance and monitoring tasks. When for business reasons this department ceased to exist, all our IT infrastructure management and our users' support, including finalizing our cloud migration, was completely transfered to Creative People with remarkable results.

Just a few months in the full-scope collaboration, they were also called upon to support us with our ISO 27001 audit and contributed greatly to optimizing the current infrastructure but also acted as a valuable partner to the ISO consultant to update the relevant documentation.

Their role however has been as instrumental as ever when the company had to migrate our 365 tenant to the mother's company tenant due to rebranding. The amount of data, including documents, multiple Sharepoint sites (different types, communication, team and hub sites), and other 365 apps, eg. Power Automate, was massive. Also, the complexity of our access rights tree was high. 

Their performance in this initiative was nothing less than stellar throughout, from preparation to execution and post-migration optimization suggestions.

The project is two website and a custom made erp . We already finished the first site and it was very difficult with many meetings because of the very specialized search engine . The second site is almost ready which although simpler, has to manage a huge number of products from many product categories

it is only two months up but due to its simple and modern design and without special advertising it brings already sales and last monday had 380 new unique users in a day .

My team and the two designers had an online excel to write down all the changes and our ideas every day and if someone had a question about anything we talk almost every day at the phone .

Creative People is developing a new marketplace e-commerce capability. They also helped us migrate to a new hosting environment and are responsible for the ongoing upkeep and maintenance, from a technical, content, and security perspective. Creative People has streamlined the website and enhanced its performance.

The project team comprises the technical manager who is also the team leader. He is assisted by his team of developers.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

As a result of Creative People's work, our website is faster and more stable. The GoAP website services its members 24/7 so there is really no down time that we can afford. The marketplace application that Creative People is helping us develop will change the landscape for a trade association/industry group such as GoAP.

Project management is channeled through the main point of contact, the project lead. The communication is generally via email and is streamlined.

They’re responsible for overseeing many of our IT processes. This includes the management of our terminals and computers. We also utilize their custom CRM software to manage our operations. In addition, they made an important upgrade to our data center that we run in Athens.

Along with providing tech services, they’ve also served as consultants who ensure our GDPR compliance. Their owner acts as a security officer for our corporate data because we’re a small company and couldn’t provide one in-house.
