The scope of work focused on delivering a structured coaching service to prepare the team for the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification. The engagement was designed to strengthen the team’s understanding of fundamental software testing concepts, best practices, and exam readiness.

Key deliverables included guided training sessions covering the CTFL syllabus, practical examples to reinforce key topics, mock exams to assess knowledge and readiness, and continuous feedback to address knowledge gaps. The coaching also provided study materials, exam strategies, and clarification of complex concepts to ensure a solid foundation in testing principles.

Overall, the scope was clearly defined and focused on enabling the team to successfully achieve certification while improving their practical testing skills and theoretical knowledge.

• A significant improvement in participants’ understanding of ISTQB CFTL concepts, measured through pre- and post-training assessments.

• Majority of participants achieved or were on track to achieve ISTQB CFTL certification after the program.

Creativa Studios demonstrated strong project management throughout the engagement. All planned activities and deliverables were completed on time, following the agreed schedule. They were responsive to our needs, quickly addressing questions and adapting content when necessary to ensure effective learning outcomes.

What stood out most about Creativa Studios was their ability to combine strong technical expertise with an engaging and practical teaching approach, making complex ISTQB concepts easy to understand and apply.

• Overall, the service met our expectations very well. As a potential improvement, additional mock exams or extended practice sessions could further reinforce certification readiness.

We needed to develop an Android app to monitor our on-field workers in real time.

Creativa Studios designed, developed, and deployed an API, web app, and Android app in a multiregion cloud service.

We worked together from January–October 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had around 80 active users on the app, and the web app had a security rating of over 80%. The reports were also generated quickly. Since deployment, the application has always been online, with zero downtime.

AES El Salvador now has an updated and automated inventory of poles and luminaires. Up to 250K luminaries with update information available in a Web portal. Energy information now is used to bill monthly our customers in commercial system.
