What impressed me most about this company was their professionalism, its constant willingness to provide support, the friendliness of its team, and the close follow-up they carry out to ensure that everything runs smoothly throughout the training process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Creativa Studios could have done differently?

We believe a potential area for improvement would be to make the classes more dynamic from the first session, with the goal of encouraging active participation from attendees. It would be advisable to organize each class with a balance between theoretical content and practical or interactive activities. 
In our experience, the instructor applied this methodology in some sessions, which proved very positive; however, it would be ideal if it were implemented consistently in most classes. Otherwise, everything was fine, and we appreciate the instructor's willingness, support, and the knowledge shared.

The final deliverables included a fully functional, launch-ready website with all necessary integrations and content management training.

Being a completely new website, the main achievement was the successful launch of the platform and the creation of a solid digital presence from scratch. The website began receiving visitors and generating sales within the first few weeks, validating the strategic approach and design. Furthermore, the performance, speed, and user experience were excellent from the start.

We needed help with custom software development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve had different projects with Creativa Consultores; they’re part of the product development team. Currently, they’re developing a tool for contract management from scratch. The platform allows us to generate contract templates and personalize them according to the user’s needs. It also allows sending contracts to clients and having them request changes or sign, among other things. 

They usually assign developers to the team, and we provide them with information about our users and requirements. Based on that, the team members analyze the project, and they can request additional technical details to start working. We usually work through that process for user stories and new functionalities or improvements on existing platforms. Creativa Consultores uses Python, Django, Angular, Java, and Mongo, among other technologies.

We’re currently working with three developers and three testers.

Some of their developers had worked on other projects for our company, so we knew the quality of their work. When this project came up, we decided to continue with some of them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working on this project in February 2022, and it’s an ongoing collaboration. However, they’ve worked for the company longer.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We provide feedback regarding the performance of each developer assigned to the project. However, we don’t have any registry, so we can’t share any metrics. Nonetheless, we’ve had an excellent experience with most of the teammates they’ve assigned.

How did Creativa Consultores perform from a project management standpoint?

We started working with two developers and requested additional ones later on, and they were quick to find them. Overall, Creativa Consultores has performed exceptionally well, and they’ve adapted to our schedules.

We use Jira as a project management tool and Microsoft Teams to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re in similar time zones and have the same language and cultural understanding, so it’s easy to work with them. We work with other service providers in India, and adjusting to the different time zones is complicated.

Additionally, their developers are highly skilled, and they have a great attitude.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’ve only had issues with two developers. They were recent hires that ended up leaving. However, that was beyond their control. Maybe they could try to implement more filters to reduce rotation, but that’s hard to manage.

Stay in constant communication with their leaders so you can provide a good follow-up to the resources’ performance.

Creativa Consultores was an adaptable team that merged both needs of our clients and public institutions into the product they created. They managed to overcome the industry-specific challenges, including slow validation processes that almost affected our timelines. In most cases, development agencies don't get to work with our final clients, but Creativa Consultores not only accomplished the project but did so with evident expertise as well.

They were a communicative and prompt team that met all our deadlines despite all the delays and hindrances they encountered.

We valued their communication skills the most because this allowed us to confront any setback that came up over the course of our partnership. They went out of their way and provided us with services that were out of their technical scope — we were pleased to have worked with a team that managed everything wonderfully for us.

We manage the project ourselves, but they’ve also supported us throughout, which is excellent. Alongside the Creativa Consultores team, we’ve managed to meet all deadlines and fulfill all our goals. Additionally, we’ve learned how to improve our organization skills from their processes. We use a tool for project management and other tools for Scrum management.

The results have been good. We managed to integrate a team with a great readiness, specialized skills, and willingness to adapt to our business’ needs and technical requirements. We have two main metrics to measure the success of our projects: delivery times and quality. Creativa's team has had a great success rate in terms of quality and has always been good at meeting our deadlines and scheduling needs.

One of the reasons why their personnel always stands out in terms of skills is because at Creativa they have constant training in topics related to testing. They’ve been very professional and straightforward at all times. They created a detailed calendar at the beginning of each project, providing us with information on their tasks and activities. Each of the milestones and deliverables lived in that dashboard, and we were able to track progress there. They’ve never missed a deadline using this method of project management.

They’re able to understand our needs without trouble, even though our team lacks a technical IT background. They explain their processes to our team logically, allowing us to approve their work without delving into technical complexities. Our account manager also regularly keeps in touch with us to ensure that we’re continually satisfied with their work. That allows us to give direct feedback.

In your initial meeting with them, ask about their experience and examine their portfolio. They’re currently expanding their offerings further into the US and Europe, competing successfully in a crowded market.
