I’m the director of marketing at Work-Fit. We provide on-site preventive healthcare and sports medicine services to industrial companies. We focus on musculoskeletal injury prevention, rehabilitation, and wellness programs to improve employee health and reduce workplace injuries.

What challenge were you trying to address with cre8?

We needed their expertise in migrating a website from Webflow to WordPress hosted on Azure.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

cre8 migrated our website from Webflow to WordPress. The main deliverable was a replica website in WordPress. They also handled content transfer, design unification, and collaborated with our tech team in the domain transfer.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 2–5 teammates from cre8.

How did you come to work with cre8?

They were referred to me. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, and they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from November 2025–January 2026.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

cre8’s work was easy to use for our team. We’ve seen increased form use (which was one of the main goals) and increased traffic to the website. Our team was impressed with their work.

How did cre8 perform from a project management standpoint?

cre8 was very easy to work with. We communicated via email and messaging apps. They absolutely delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

cre8 had a very nice team. They made what was an overwhelming project for our team into a managed project. They were very patient with us in all aspects of the project, from communication to out-of-scope additions.

We're a small advertising company that uses our website for client reporting and backend staff management.

For what projects/services did your company hire cre8?

Our Expression Engine site is woefully outdated and plug ins were beginning to break. We had Cre8 update applicable plug-ins and prepare our site for a larger upgrade in the future.

What were your goals for this project?

To get our site up and running well enough for it to function while we prepare for a larger update.

How did you select this vendor?

We wanted to find an expert in Expression Engine that had experience updating from previous releases and could work with us in developing a framework for a larger upgrade.

We had a full site review and plug-in audit. Fixes were implemented where needed to get us up and running.

No need for a significant team. I felt like I was receiving personal service and responses were provided quickly.

The work has allowed us to get our site up and running and with a couple of new additions.

We needed a single page application for a new cloud application we built. Cre8 performed 100% of the design and GUI implementation.

What was the team composition?

We have utilized both UX and programmers from cre8. We have been happy with all of the work performed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

End users have report that the application is very straightforward to use.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team at cre8 was always willing to hop on a call to answer a question. They were also very good with communicating daily updates when needed.

All of the employees have been a pleasure to work with.
