We needed them to design and develop our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, we filled a form in which Corporate Hi-Tech asked us about our goals and expectations for the website. After that, we provided them with all the specific details about our company and explained what we were after, and they sent us a link with the first design for the website to see if we liked it. We did like it, and it was awesome. However, we made some little changes and shifted the logo a few times just to see which one looked better. 

Then, they implemented the SEO. They actually did a lot of things that I didn't even ask for or knew about. I wasn't aware that they could make my site more findable on Google until they explained it to me. From there, they pretty much designed and developed a WordPress website for us. 

Now that the website is done, we plan to work on the marketing side of it.

We worked primarily with John (Director). He always responded on time whatever questions I asked. I’m not sure how many people worked with him.

We found them on Instagram. They work in Sydney, which is where our company is. After checking their website, we got in touch through email. We then had a phone conversation, and we went from there.

It was less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started talking in December 2020, but the actual work on our website was from January–February 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Corporate Hi-tech did an amazing job with our website. It’s probably been a month since we launched it but we’ve already received very good feedback from other people. Although the website doesn’t get a lot of visits yet, we’ve had two people tell us that their experience with it was awesome. Customers can now reach to us and leave a message because of the new live chat feature that the website has. We’re happy with everything Corporate Hi-Tech has done for us.  

How did Corporate Hi-Tech perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication was awesome. We had a group chat on WhatsApp, and all of our conversations about the project were in there. We also send emails back and forth. I’ve worked with other companies, and they took a bit of time to get back to you, but Corporate Hi-Tech responded right away whenever I had a question. Even the timing was great. They actually completed the website before I expected them to finish.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I liked that Corporate Hi-Tech had a nice-looking website that actually answered a lot of our questions when we looked at it. I wanted the integration to be the same on our website. 

In addition, I didn’t have to do much because they made the process a lot easier. I just filled a form with all the questions they had for us, and that was it.  

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything that they can improve. I’ve dealt with some other companies before and my experience with Corporate Hi-Tech was very good. 

Any advice for potential customers?

I recommend that future clients go to corporate Hi-Tech’s website and follow the process of whatever they want to achieve. For the form, I suggest making sure that they fill it properly and answer all the questions, and they will be happy with the outcome.

I am the director of KS Industrial Solutions. We provide support to industrial companies with applications and how they operate their industrial businesses.

We needed someone to build us a CMS.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They assisted us in creating the content management system for us in order for us to manage our clients with the help of this system. We basically organize the documentation and the processes and procedures for the businesses within the industrial industry such as construction and anything basically to do with trucking and demolishing.

We organize their processes and procedures. Corporate Hi-Tech made the system that we use in order for us to essentially make life easier for us so that we can manage our customers, give them an online portal to log in and get access to documentation and get access to other things for their work. We create documentation for them to use within their businesses and we add it into their account within their portal. Customers can then log in to their portal and download these templates as they need to.

I am not very familiar with the technical stuff, but it is a PHP platform, and it is basically a content management system that allows us to manage our customers, manage documentation, and share documentation with particular customers. There is live chat, private messaging with clients within the portal, there is a payment system, ability to upload and download documentation, contact details, payment systems, and an area where customers can request services within the portal.

They can also submit support tickets such as needing certain documentation. For example, if someone has a new job site and the new job site requires specific licensing or particular training that is required for this particular job. We create these documentations for the validation of the licensing and the validation of the training and things like that.

What is the team composition?

I have worked with three people. John (Owner) is the director and he is basically the one that initially started with me and the rest just took over. He was very helpful and managed the whole thing in terms of strategy.

How did you come to work with Corporate Hi-Tech?

I searched online and found them on Google.

How much have you invested in them?

The initial project was about $25,000 but the maintenance is an additional $5,000 every year.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project took four months, and it finished at the start of June. I am still working with them. They maintain the platform for us.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The main thing is that every time I contacted them for help, reported a problem or a concern, the issue was looked at within 24 hours. Sometimes I would contact them late at night, and by the next morning, they would call or email me with a solution either telling me how to fix it or other options. In terms of support, I would give them a 10 out of 10. In terms of how professional they are, I would say they are beyond excellent.

I have been very happy, and I would give them 10 out of 10 for everything. They did exactly what we wanted in terms of the CMS. The portal has been good, and it is doing exactly what it is meant to do and they are still doing updates for us here and there. When we do report certain issues here and there, they fix it for us which has been pretty good as well.

How did Corporate Hi-Tech perform from a project management standpoint?

When it came to the milestones, they had a system of their own which they gave me access to. It showed me where the project was from start to finish and showed me the different milestones for the project. Every time there was a milestone due, they would finish on the day.

They were never late on any of the milestones and there were about 10 of them. John got everything up and running. There were issues, but they were minor and they were fixed immediately once they had been reported. They were always up to standard in terms of quality, professionalism, and service.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are one of the highest quality technology services that I have had an experience with. I haven’t dealt with a company that is as solid and specifically reliable as they are and that is what made me very comfortable continuing to work with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not really to be honest. Everything was done correctly and there were no problems or things that they could have improved on. Everything was just fine.

I would highly recommend them. You can’t go wrong with choosing Hi-Tech.

Corporate Hi-Tech handles 100% of my IT, including setting up my computers with multiple screens and Microsoft Office for daily operations. There is cloud computing, Dropbox, a cloud-based practice management software that records the time and saves documents, usable from any computer worldwide, and more. There is IT security on everything, as well. 

They brought my website onto a high-level of professionalism appropriate for large law firms. There is Google and Microsoft advertising set up on it and landing pages that explain what we do while grabbing people’s attention quickly. People can register on there, as well.

It has been profitable to have him working for me. The amount of work I’m getting from the website is substantial. The cost of services has paid for itself many times over. The website is high-quality, functioning well, and is fast.

We communicate comfortably, day or night, as he is always accessible. It’s a seamless cooperation. We communicate via text, email, and phone. He is very pleasant to work with. Whenever there are issues, such as someone trying to hack my accounts, John is quick to sort it out. In terms of my daily work, interruptions have been minimal, and when issues arise, they are handled quickly. I intend to increase the work I give John as my company continues to expand.

The two most noteworthy things are his competence and his speed. He is very good at what he does, and there’s minimal lag time between needing a task done and its completion.
