myHelper is a Lithuanian platform for on-demand home services. We connect independent cleaners with people looking to get their homes cleaned. I am the CPO and co-founder.

To create a user-friendly platform for cleaners to manage their bookings and for clients to order home services.

We had a few initial meetings with the CC team and discussed the project in detail and the challenges ahead. We then worked on the project in phases: 1. Design prototyping 2. Development 3. Testing 4. Deployment

What was the team composition?

Project manager as the primary point of contact, designer and lead developer as a single point of contact for the rest of the developers.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The project was completed according to our specifications and we are very satisfied with the result.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We collaborated using Slack and had weekly calls, this was super effective and worked really well for us. We worked with 2 project managers, both of which were super competent and always reachable.
