We instructed Corecentrix Business Solutions at the beginning of 2024 to support us with our Meta and Google Ads campaigns. Nancy and the team have helped us to manage our ads for our activity camps in locations across the USA- often meaning we struggle to have the time to make these specific to each location, so through Corecentrix we’re delivering better, more accurate ads and the team advise us on content that will help enhance our adverts, and which they are seeing results for in other campaigns.

It’s allowed us to alleviate some of the pressures on our team here as Corecentrix review and adapt the ads to ensure we’re getting the best engagement and ROI on them. 

Nancy has improved the set up of our accounts and we're seeing increased engagement thorugh applications and bookings received.

Our e-commerce website was completely redesigned by Corecentrix Business Solutions, who kept the beauty of our brand while updating the User Interface. For quicker load times, smoother navigation, and mobile responsiveness, they optimized the website's structure. To lower cart abandonment, their team redesigned the checkout process, added a dynamic product display, and placed compelling promotional banners.

The homepage was redesigned, personalized product pages were created, and the checkout process was refined. Additionally, backend integrations such as payment gateways and inventory management were continuously supported.

The effects were immediatly obvious. Within the first few weeks of the new design going live, our website felt more user-friendly, looked more updated, and had a much lower bounce rate. Above all, we observed a consistent increase in both new and returning business, and as the user experience became more smooth, so did our conversion rates.

Corecentrix Business Solutions had to come up with ways to capture users through the Facebook Pixel and send traffic to our website but also drive traffic to a home improvement company’s page who offers our products for free shipping.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their team has exceeded our expectations. In the last month, we literally tripled our sales. Right off the bat, sales have accelerated to such a great extent. As we haven't even reached Halloween season and achieved these results, I’m really looking forward to seeing what they can do in the end of the year.
