Please describe your company and your position there.

I head the HR department for my company. We are IT solutions and services company based out of Hyderabad India.

For what projects/services did your company hire MobiSprint Consulting Pvt. Ltd., and what were your goals?

We hired MobiSprint to help us develop our employee engagement portal. They had prior experience in this domain. We wanted to build a solution that helps our employees to interact with each other and also to drive engagement across the organization.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

MobiSprint was highly referred to us by another company where they had done similar work. We found their earlier work interesting and we got in touch. The other factor being that MobiSprint had one of their development center in Hyderabad making it easy for us to reach out.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The solution was built on Node and Angular. Some of the features of the solution consisted of employee self help (where they can download their payslip, find information about insurance, request for leave etc). The other part of the solution was related to driving interesting content with employees which consisted of Quiz, Articles, Videos, Recognition and Awards etc. MobiSprint delivered a web based solution but we will soon engage them for mobile application.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

MobiSprint had engaged in total 9 people which consisted of UI, Backend developers, frontend developers, tester and project manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The solution was built to our expectation and as planned. We also received good feedback from our employees. They trained our internal users well on how to use the solution.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

MobiSprint communicated through email, Microsoft Teams and were available for in-person discussion as well. The project management was done through Jira. Except for one or two minor incidents, they were almost always on time with deliverables.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

MobiSprint is very strong with their communication and commitment. The resources were experienced and we were impressed with how we they had engaged my team along the way. We have received whole hearted support from their development team and they have been available whenever we needed them. They did go the extra mile.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

MobiSprint's pricing was on the higher side as compared to some of the other vendors we have used in the past. But they definitely do deliver value with their work. You can completely trust the ability and responsibility of Team MobiSprint.

I am founder of the IT solutions and IT services organization call DnT Infotech (Gujarat, India).

We were seeking a help to develop API based architecture with DevOps native support.

SOLUTION

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

We have evaluated around 5 to 7 oranization(s) who can understand our problem with deep development/testing support. Post to series of discussion, finally we have build our business interlock to support our client expectation.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The insurance company had outsourced one of their solutions to us as a managed services. We had to upgrade their code version from very early version of Node and Angular to recent version. It included Business Analysis, system architecture, development and testing.

Describe the recruitment process in detail.

The recruitment process consisted of reviewing portfolio of MobiSprint which consisted of their earlier work and also reviewing each candidate profile they had suggested to bring to this profile. We interviewed all candidates and finally were confident to move forward with MobiSprint.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

The project is ongoing but so far we have been able to meet all deadlines and deliver as per expectation set with customer

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Since we are both IT companies, we had good understanding of how to operate between us. The communication and timeliness was excellent.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a serious and honest approach to executing and delivering the assigned tasks. This is evident in all its team members. We were very happy to see a no-nonsense and highly professional work culture.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

MobiSprint follows a very stringent project management process which at times can look overwhelming. Otherwise everything was great.
