We are an animation production company, headquarters in USA, we create animated videos for business and individuals around the globe. I'm currently working as the assistant manager of marketing there.

We hired Codment to work on our website. Our goal was to design and develop a completely new website that showcased our brand's creativity to our customers and at the same time should provide an excellent customer experience.

We hired Codment after carefully evaluating their pricing, ratings and the feedbacks of their customers. The deciding factor was our first meeting with them. In our first meeting they didn't acted as a salesman but rather as a consultant and guided us about what was good for our business.

The project started with our first meeting in which we discussed about our goals and what we wanted to accomplish with our website. They consulted us regarding the design and how to make it much better. After a long discussion, their team got to work. First, they designed a sitemap and wireframe, once it was approved they started working on UI Design. After that they worked on the development of the website and once everything was finalized they hosted our website.

We directly worked with the project manager along with him we talked to their website consultant, a designer and 3 developers.

After the launch of the site, we have witnessed an exponential amount of growth in our business throughout the world. Codment helped us go global and target a larger audience.

We had weekly stand-ups with their project manager and development team. On completion of each step we use to have a detailed online meeting in which we use to evaluate the work and give approvals or revisions.

What I found most unique about the company was the fact that they were not pushing their services on us. Rather they acted as consultants and guided us with what was best for us.

I don't think so we are satisfied with the services we received.

While we were extremely satisfied with Codment's work, one area for improvement could be their post-launch support. Although they were always available when we reached out, a more proactive follow-up after the launch would have been appreciated to ensure everything was running smoothly.

In order to enhance the customer satisfaction and experience on our website and stay competitive in the digital landscape we hired Codment to redesign and develop UIUX for our website. The current website UIUX had fallen behind the industry standards, it was way too crowded and didn't explain our services to first-time users. 

The objective of this project was to receive a design that enhances our user experience, streamlines the customer journey, and reflected our brand's identity. The key deliverables for this project included:

It is difficult to measure KPIs for UIUX success as we haven't put it on development. However, we have done a small focus group within our company to check the overall experience of the design and we have received overwhelmingly positive responses from our co-workers.

Overall they were punctual with their timelines. All the revisions were delivered in a timely manner as per our needs. Overall, they were pretty considerate of our project's needs and goals and delivered accordingly.

Overall the experience was amazing there is nothing I can think of that they can improve, maybe we would find some room of improvement for them in development phase of the project.

The team was very communicative. We had meetings every alternative day. We have received a lot of help from Codment in terms of consulting and assistance. Their project manager was very organized, and he built a very good relationship with our team; he was definitely a bridge builder.
