ZEITundZUTRITT has been serving German-speaking countries with professional time recording systems for 30 years. Our company is known not only for its simple but highly professional systems, but also for its personal and friendly service to our valued customers.

TimeSoft time recording has been on the German market for 30 years and has been installed at several thousand companies with between 5 and 6,500 employees. For what projects/services did your company hire Coding Pro?

For time recording in production industries, we need special hardware for time collecting. We asked Coding Pro to develop the firmware for the given hardware components.

What were your goals for this project?

Lean and easy to handle. As well as for us as for our customers.

How did you select this vendor?

We contacted several providers that we found by internet research. Each of them was send the specification and discussed the project. Coding Pro had a lot of questions before start and left the most competent impression.

Describe the project in detail.

After chossing the vendor we exchanged a lot of information and discussed special items of that task in detail by eMail, WhatsApp and Skype. Everything was always written down and copied onto a cloud drive that was accessable for both companies. A timeline with milestones was confirmed as well as a procedure for inspection, testing and revisions.

What was the team composition?

On both sides the whole team was engaged but direct one-to-one conversation was appointed to both CEOs.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our expectations have been overachieved. Coding Pro not only fullfilled the task but brought in their own ideas to make it an even greater success.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Effective as it can be. No delays, no excuses. Everything works out just fine.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Everyone in the team was impressed by Coding Pro's knowledge in programming and their background knowledge. But what what really blown us away was the huge personal engagement into that project by everyone who was envolved.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I don't see any.

project was about net working amount system in admin office, and with warehouse and production unit. having remote access to our computer and printers.

Coding Pro's team was well organized, we had only 1 contact point (project manager) through out the project. On our every query PM responded and concern staff was made in contact.

Coding Pro is very responsive, we have contract of maintenance for 1 year, when ever we called them for any repair or guidance they responded very quickly and effectively.
