NED2 is a SaaS website platform that is designed to offer ease of recruiting Non-Executive Directors for companies and businesses. The web platform allows the admin to manage the list of companies/businesses and candidates. Both candidates and companies have to create their profiles and fill in the necessary information on the web.

They both can connect with each other in case of any query. This web platform simply resolves the burden of recruiters as they do not have to surf multiple sites to find the right candidates. Similarly, candidates can also find the best companies they like to associate with and can connect with them easily.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In our current journey with the team Codiant, we are majorly interacting with 11 members of the team. It includes Project Managers, QA specialists, Team Leaders, UI/UX Designers, DevOps, Front-end Developers, Back-end developers, etc.

Additionally, all our important project-related discussions are carried with a BA, who is our single point of contact. His continuous guidance, suggestions, and management helped us to successfully achieve our pre-decided milestones on time with full precision

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are in the final stage of software development i.e. UAT stage which is about to finish in a few days. Overall, the collaboration with the team is very smooth and their work is quite satisfactory. They are helping and guiding our project development process in a well guided manner. We received correct and very cordial resources throughout the course of the project, from staff who are experts in their field.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

In our opinion, everyone is doing their task exceptionally well and managing themselves on their own. Everyone is responsive enough in dealing with the issues and they give us proper clarification whenever needed. In case of any errors or miscommunication, they smartly deal with things via. collective discussions.

Another good part of the team is that they remain transparent about the work and share all the relevant detail. Also, their ambitious behavior and positive mind-set formed a good working environment from the very beginning, even during the selection process. We speak every day over instant messenger (Slack, Teams). We have regular calls, both planned and impromptu.

We use Trello and Teams to communicate work planned, completed and checked, as well as diligent record keeping over email.

We really like their prompt connection with us and their full attention to our minute queries, and their aspirations to make our product remarkable. They really go the extra mile just to provide us the better insights and accomplish our goals outstandingly. All the team members are really polite, cordial and responsive to the queries. We could not expect this unified experience from any other company.

During the selection process they were already way ahead of us on the design challenges, presenting impressive potential mockups of the final piece.

We are having a good experience and it is helping us to achieve all our desired goals. Their proactive response has helped us to come so far without any hiccups. We do not have any grumbles and we are happy with their services for us. We wish them good luck.

We’ve prepared a list of some of the companies having expertise in the medical domain. During the interview process, we found Codiant and a few other companies that can develop our project. Then, we directly interviewed some developers from all the companies and we found Codiant as the most suitable match that can transform our idea into a live working project.

Clinical Trial Guide is a customized website that empowers users to read the guide posts focused on the clinical trials or research studies performed on people to find out if a new treatment, a new drug, or medical device is safe or not.

Users can go through the news articles related to trials, can see videos/audios/webinars published by the clinical trial team in the media section, and contact the admin in case of any query.

To design and develop our website, we worked with 13 different resources. The resources that were involved in the project development process were Project Manager, Team Lead, Front-end Developers, Back-end Developers, UI/UX Designers, QA Specialists, and DevOps engineers. Apart from that, another responsible resource associated with us was BA, who was our main SPOC.

She was responsible for managing and coordinating all the involved teams while considering the specs of the project. On the other hand, she also ensured to achieve each milestone within time while maintaining the project standards.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Milestone-based deliverables by the Codiant team made us feel confident about the end product because during the development process itself they ensured to involve the right resource from their development pool to get the desired result.

The design and interface of the website are also very streamlined which makes users spend more time and gain more insights about the trial process within the platform, rather than searching for other resources.

We used a number of tools to streamline the communication and workflow between both the teams. They followed a well-planned structure to carry out the project building process by categorizing it under multiple milestones and each milestone was further sub-divided into small modules. It helped us to understand the progress with ease and kept everyone aligned.

BA was the responsible entity in the entire course who ensured to build a productive environment by regularly updating us on the project progress, giving instant response, resolving queries, monitoring timelines, and more. To make all this possible, we have been in constant communication on Skype, emails, text, calls, and video calls.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with their adaptability and willingness to find the most suitable solution for any issue. While considering their dedication and hard work it seemed no problem can halt their progress at all.

They knew all the ins and outs of the healthcare industry with their compliances which helped us a lot in understanding the various aspects of the project and provided a much enhanced version of the platform that was way beyond our expectations.

Nothing that we could think of. They delivered their commitment and for that what we paid them is worth it. They did all things righteously and also explained to us, how they will roll out the process step-by-step.
