They built a MS Power App based on some wireframes and functional specifications that we had created. We went through a couple of iterations before releasing to the business.

The app was launched on time, even though the timelines were pressured. 20 or so users in the business we able to spent a fraction of time of what they did previously on forecasting, so across the business it has enable much greater productivity in the finance and operations teams.

We had regular checkins and a local project manager who worked well with the Codevision team. We used MS Teams as the communication channel.

They were able to do page designs for a power app and understood power apps well so the page designs were relevant to the end product. The team was always quick to respond and attenuative. We had some last-minute changes which meant long hours, but they supported us throughout.

We were completely satisfied with their delivery. Their team handled pressure and a push for excellence better than most could, and pushed with us to a seamless and excellent execution. A pleasure to work with them and will continue to count on them.

The project we worked on with The Code Vision was about automating data creation process via a workflow tool connecting requests forms and next steps in the process considering exceptions and dependencies. The goal was to make the entire process more clear and user friendly for all the stakeholders involved.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected this vendor via Upwork and the reason for this was because they were the first ones to reply and they even included a proposal or example of what they can offer. As a customer, you want to be guided and advised so the fact that they did it from the beginning was a plus.

The scope was to create an automated workflow that connected the requests to create new items. We wanted to replace Microsoft flows and a disconnected tool used for task tracking. With this tool that The Code Vision developed for us the forms and workflows are connected. We started the project by defining the requirements, mapping out all the processes including exceptions, and what to do when this occurred.

Then they developed a prototype that showed the magic of the tool. This prototype certainly helped in stakeholder management and buy-in from the organization. After this, the team started the deployment, followed by some testing sessions and after-care follow-up to make sure the tool worked properly.

The measurable outcome is that the process is taking less time to be completed versus the previous way of working. Also, the level of satisfaction of the stakeholders involved in the process is higher than the previous approach. Certainly, having the complete picture is a great outcome that ultimately helps people to better understand their task and clarify expectations with requesters, which was not the case in the previous situation.

The project management style was customer-oriented, which allowed us to have as much flexibility as possible. The communication tools were via Teams and Whatsapp and in most of the cases, we got responses very quickly, considering time zones differences and other aspects.

It was great how they materialized our needs into a very practical tool. I think that solving a customer's headache with such diligence and dedication as the one this team showed is something outstanding.

Considering that we wanted a very tailor-made solution, that increased the level of complexity that could have been better estimated in terms of how much effort and time it would actually take them.

We found them through Upwork. Ashish responded to our post, and he fully understood our requirements. Compared to the competition, he just recognized the problems we needed to sort out. He gave me the confidence that he’d be able to provide solutions to our problems.

We started working with CODEVISION around Q2 of 2018, and our relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

CODEVISION makes an effort to understand our clients’ problem statements and find solutions.

Most clients don’t usually congratulate us on our work, but they’re the first to communicate it if something’s gone wrong. With CODEVISION, we’ve not had any bad feedback from clients. A couple of them over the last six months have told us that things were going well.

We mainly provide workflow approval solutions, so it’s unlikely that a client will find it fantastic, but they’ll mention it when it’s not working out. We haven’t had that at all.

I give them the briefs, and they reach out when they don’t fully understand something and need more clarification. They’re not afraid to tell us when they don’t understand something, and that’s refreshing.

CODEVISION also challenges us on whether or not something should be done quickly, and that’s the sort of thing that we want. They enable us to bring alternative proposals to our clients.

We engaged them to develop our website. Additionally, we tasked them to handle a project for a client of ours where we needed to build out a SharePoint system.

Our website was developed on WordPress and it runs on Linux. We already had an original website and their team updated it by getting rid of the legacy plugins and giving it a completely new design. They implemented insights.

We receive weekly and monthly reports showing how much the site is visited, how many unique visits we had, and so on. There’s a lot of integration with AWS email.

I’m happy with the work they did. Our website is secure and running on the latest version of WordPress, and we no longer have outdated plugins. The new look and feel is modern and has great usability. It can be accessed on any device. It loads much faster than our previous website.

We hired Codevision after a consultation and couldn't be happier. From the beginning I was immediately impressed by the clean and intuitive UI/UX they showed us on XD. They translated it into the actual system with almost no friction. Any edits we needed were usually completed by the next day. Super responsive and easy to work with.

They helped us build a custom tool to manage our workflow including referrals, billable hours, documentation, fee splits, and more. It fits exactly what we need without all the extra features or overhead of off-the-shelf options. Rollout to the team went smoothly, support was excellent, and they've continued to be responsive and flexible with change requests. Communication was clear the whole way through and it really feels like they follow best practices, especially with Microsoft tools which we already use.
