The PM was excellent. They had regular Skype/Teamviewer meetings with me and every change was done in a timely manner. Any delays were communicated and justified.

Their project manager and the rest of the team have been some of the best resources I have worked with. The lines of communication were always open
Are there any areas for improvement?
There is very little they could improve. I would only suggest coming up with a better means of communication as Skype does not work well in all countries. We were using Teamviewer but even that was not the best at times. Perhaps Zoom or WebEX
